Very good hosts, super quick when responding to our messages. Provided great advice when it came to local resturants and bars to visit.

This is a great place to stay. Zohra was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. The building is new and very clean and well maintained (as is the apartment). We used transit to visit the city - 2.5 euros gets you just about anywhere. Metro is a 10 minute walk or you can get several bus options within a 2 minute walk. Good grocery store is about 250 m away. Apartment was very comfortable for 3 couples and is well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this as a great option if you are comfortable with using the transit system (which is excellent). Travel time to central Paris is about 35-40 minutes. The neighbourhood and apartment is very quiet and safe.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris! The apartment was very cozy and had everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the apartment was a lovely bonus. Just a small tip for future guests: if you’re arriving with heavy luggage, it might be easier to take a bus or taxi from Metro, as the walk to the apartment is uphill and challenging. But once you’re inside, there’s an elevator and all the comforts you could ask for. Highly recommended — would love to stay here again!

The apartment was perfectly clean and very nice. It was as in pictures. In a quiet and safe area, close to public transportations. Angelo has been an excellent host, carefull and detailed in descriptions.

Excellent Airbnb, The host Pierre is very kind and responsive, he is also very accommodating and helped us with our first haunts before the stay so that we can be aware of the trips we will be doing for the event we attended (Paris Games Week) Insulation level we hear a little traffic and neighbors but it's not disturbing! The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There are plenty of shops and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's place is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The cherry on top was the jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and linens are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well-equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We will definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

The location of Mawei's apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city! It was super convenient to get around and explore. The apartment was easy to self check-in and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood while being only 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great bakeries and restaurants were within a couple minutes walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
