We had a great stay at this accommodation in Paris. It’s very well connected by Metro Line 9, which made it super easy to get around the city, Eiffel Tower and Roland Garros were both easily reachable with a short ride. The place was perfect for three people. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, and we all slept well. Everything was clean, tidy, and just as described. The apartment had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood is very quiet and clean, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, well-located, and comfortable stay in Paris with great public transport access!

We had a pleasant stay at Nolwenn's apartment, who was a very responsive and accommodating host. The photos and descriptions are in line with reality and the view of Paris is really amazing especially at the entrance to the apartment. We came to Paris to visit our daughter in Sèvres with the aim of visiting Versailles, La Défense (shopping for Madame, Racing 92 at Arena Defense for Monsieur) and a few trips to Paris. The location was great with the L line nearby towards Versailles or Saint-Lazare. Last but not least, one of the apartment's best features is that a private parking space in the basement is available, which is really very convenient.

Christophe’s place was great, very comfy, full of interesting decorations that you could spend hours contemplating. The location is excellent and Christophe was attentive and helpful. We highly recommend his flat!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

First of all, I'm new here and have no comparison options. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but comfortable is different. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for that. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't entirely safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable in summer. The view is priceless. View over the city is fantastic.

Great place to stay to explore Paris and surrounding areas. We were received in a super friendly way and in addition to a great briefing on how everything works, we also received help with carrying our luggage.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Boris was very helpful. The apartment is super decorated and clean. You have everything you need. The location is very nice, quiet and new. We also liked that you can park very easily and then avoid the stairs at the entrance. Very clear recommendation. If we come back to Paris, we would definitely rent the apartment again. The swimming pool is also very nice but not for children under 150 cm tall. If someone thinks the price is too high, it's really worth it. Thank you Boris for your support and your effort!

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay.
