Nearest neighbor about 500m away. The cottage has electricity and an air source heat pump. At least 20 liters of clean drinking water are available at the cottage. More will be delivered as agreed. The washing water is taken from the tap on the outside wall. The atmospheric light of Marjaniemi light can be seen just over 2.5 km away. There are hiking trails nearby.

Villa Kaarna is a home built by two architects for themselves. The building's spaces are connected to each other in an airy way. Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
