Located on the second floor with an open view of the mountains, it consists of a living room and kitchen, a living room with balcony, and a bathroom. Ample parking is available in the vicinity of the house, and the central street with its complete services is within walking distance. The geographical location is strategic for reaching every recreational, hiking, scenic, and sports destination in this region.

ACCOMMODATION WITH GARAGE. My place is close to the THERMAL BATHS and the CENTER OF THE TOWN that can be easily reached on FOOT. My place is good for couples and friends with 1 double bedroom or bedroom with two single beds. There's a big balcony. SAINT VINCENT is in the center of the AOSTA VALLEY and therefore it is very convenient to reach many places for excursions and skiing in a short time. Questions welcome. “La casa del bucato” was so called because it is located near the wash house that once (and sometimes still today) was used by the women of the village to do laundry, “l'ansiva” in fact. This small but cozy house, fully accessible, with attention to the smallest details to lull you in the mountain charm, consists of a single room that houses a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom and overlooks the outdoor area equipped as a solarium.

It is located on the top floor of another rental unit. It is an excellent accommodation for those seeking peace and relaxation but also a starting point for trips throughout the Aosta Valley. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley.
