This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

We had a wonderful time in this cozy and very clean house. We were able to find exactly the tranquility we were looking for here. There are nice excursions in the area, quiet and beautiful beaches as well as a small shop where you can get everything you need. A special thank you to Manuel – he was a great host who provided us with valuable tips and was always available. Thank you for everything! We would come back any time!

Lovely house in delightful garden, immediately behind the beach. In May the area, including the beaches, was quiet and relaxed. We loved it. Thanks Antonio and Stella.

M&G are great hosts. We had a lovely time at the apartment in Capo Falcone. We really felt at home, the covered area and the garden meant we permanently lived outdoors only coming back inside to shower/sleep. There are some great walks , recommend the one to the Torre Falcone (although you need to be fit to go the direct route) and the views to La Pelosa and the islands behind from the apartment and close by are breathtaking. We miss the simplicity of Stintino and Sardinia and we are already planning another 3 weeks in 2026. Thank you for being lovely hosts. Bar close by has snacks and simple meals of high quality at reasonable prices (music and views are great). Shopping in Stintino a 10 min drive away.

Susanna is super friendly and welcoming. Our ferry was late and she arranged seamlessly for us to check in even though we arrived at 1am. The flat is in a perfect location for a chill beach holiday. Easy to park on arrival, and then everything literally on the doorstep: cafe with great pastries and coffee, nice bakery, pizzeria and many restaurants. Beach is a few minutes walk away. The flat is simple but functional and have the outdoor terrace make a big difference. It is in the shade all day, making it a great place to hide from the sun. All in all a perfect beach holiday, thank you Susanna! :)

We had an amazing stay here - the kids loved it & spent many hours on the beach & catching tiny fish in the lagoon. The property is located in a beautiful setting, with flamingoes frequenting the lagoon on the left & the beach directly in front of the patio. The property has all you require, and the shops are a 5 minute drive away. We explored a few other beaches during our stay, but were unanimous that the one right on our doorstep was the best!

We had a great vacation in the beautiful accommodation, very accommodating host, the house is great and the area is ideal for many nice excursions in the north of the island. We can recommend the place and would be happy to come back, thank you.

Our stay at this villa was truly out of this world. So clean and well kept. The pool and outside area was amazing, so private and quiet. All amenities on hand, just like being at home and so many lovely little touches. Only a short stroll to the marina which has a large choice of delicious restaurants. A boat trip is a must for a wonderful day out swimming in crystal clear waters and so easy to choose a boat of your choice. Sara the host really made our holiday! She was on hand for any questions/recommendations and was a lovely lady! We fell in love with the place and will definitely be recommending and returning. Thank you Sara!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

We had a great week at Caterina's place. The view is amazing. The apartment was small but comfortable and efficient. Everything worked well. Caterina and her husband are very pleasant.

A beautiful and modernly furnished apartment in a residential complex. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary. And very clean. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay. Check-in was also hassle-free thanks to Antonella's good description in advance. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The large beach is in 2 walking distance. Various shopping facilities are also just 10 minutes away by car.

The house is simply beautiful, very quiet, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would return any time. The host did an excellent job, and we had no complaints

We were in this beautiful house for the 2nd time and it was even more beautiful than in our memory. The house and the property are super well maintained and the view from the terraces is simply magnificent. Giuseppe was always quickly accessible and Marchesa and her team take care of everything very conscientiously. Her home-cooked dinner is highly recommended. Thank you so much for the wonderful time. A lovely stay. Exactly as depicted with a sensational view. John, who manages the house on site, is a rare gem of a human and only adds to the experience. You will need to pay a cash cleaning fee so just read the fine print before booking. I had no issue with it but didn’t pay attention in advance. If you forget, there is an atm right around the corner so it isn’t an inconvenience.

Stunning location. Perfect for a relaxing break surrounded by nature. Accommodation very clean and comfortable with good recommendations from the host.

Delia's appartement is a wonderful place. We loved the terrace with a great view over the sea and to the Harbour of Castelsardo. The little beach of Castelsardo is only a view steps away and you can reach by foot the castle and also supermarkets and stores with everything you need. A really lovely place to stay for vacation. We enjoyed the week there very much.

We had an exceptional stay at this airbnb in Sardinia. The apartment was photo compliant, clean and conveniently located close to beaches and city center. Natalia's welcome was warm and attentive, she took the time to meet us in person and gave us great tips for discovering the region. The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

Katia’s place is spectacular, right next to the water, offering two private beaches, a beautiful garden with a stone table with incredible view! Loved the gallery space outside of the house and the inside is super clean and modern. Katia was a super friendly and attentive host, she lives on the house on top but she always respected our privacy. Also the place is fully equipped with anything you need and more, there was cooking stuff, wine, coffee, water, fruits, many hygiene products, sunscreen. One of the best places we stayed!

The apartment was spotless and beautiful, and the location was perfect with several nice cafes and incredible restaurants nearby. The beach in Santa Teresa is breathtaking. Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Cannot wait to come back.
