Roberto's home is situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Villagrazia di Carini and is 30 minutes away from Palermo downdown by car. So, perfect location without the big city hussle. The place is an actual house, very spacious one I might add and with a nice back garden filled with citrus, olive and palm trees among others. The background is spectacular with a majestic mountain being iluminated by different shades of colors throughout the day. We felt more than welcome, Roberto and his family are great hosts and we didn't miss anything. In fact it was one of the most confortable and pleasant accomodations we've had in our latest travels. Highly recommended!

Ett väldigt vackert hus med helt otrolig utsikt uppe i bergen. Uteplatsen och poolen är pricken över i. Cinisi är en underbar stad med både god mat och trevligt folk. Tänk på att det behövs bil då huset ligger en bit från staden. Superfint att vandra uppåt i bergen också. Rekommenderar varmt!

Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, er ist sehr fürsorglich und hat uns super bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einer Traumhaften Lage, auf jeder Ebene mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Highlight ist der Private Zugang zum Meer. Der Pool bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Parkplätze sind im Grundstück vorhanden. Wir hatten einen VW Bus, ein Motorrad und ein kleines Mietauto dabei. (und Mountainbikes) Die nähe zum Flughafen war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir mit der ganzen Familie dort waren und unsere Kinder zu verschiedenen Zeiten angereist sind. Ein eigenes Auto ist notwendig um Mobil zu sein. Für uns war es perfekt weil wir ca. 50 min ins Kletterparadies San Vito del Capo benötigten und auch mal nach Palermo fahren konnten. Die Entfernung zu den schönsten Orten in West Sizilien sind mit <1Std. zu erreichen. das Wohngebiet ist sehr Ruhig und gepflegt und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Danke an Roberto

Vi var fire personer plus en hund. Vi havde et dejligt ophold på 7 dage. Vi kom i bil, hvilket jeg vil sige er optimalt. Vores små lokale restauranter var rigtig hyggelige…men skulle du besøge andre restauranter skal du bruge bil eller taxa. Den lokale strand er små klipper men når man har klaret denne udfordring er vandet yderst behageligt. Der findes rigtig mange dejlige strande indenfor 10, 20, 30 og 40 kilometer. Vores værtinde Laura var yderst behagelig og gjorde alt for at behage os. Det var et rigtig dejligt hus med den smukkeste udsigt oppe fra tagterrassen, hvor vi spiste vores aftensmad. Morgenmaden spiste vi på terrassen i stuen med udsigt ud over haven. Køkkenet var yderst velfungerende og velassorteret.

appartement très bien situé,à 5 min à pied de la gare. à proximité de toutes les choses à voir à pied,les restaurants et bars . pour faire ses courses,il y a un Lidl à 5 min,sinon des magasins de dépannage au bas de l'immeuble. l'appartement est au 1er étage et donne sur une rue très commerçante et vivante et enfin Eleonora est très accueillante et arrangeante au niveau des horaires d'arrivée( 21h30 passée pour ma part)

Perfect location and exactly as described. Our hosts Giovanni and Lorenzo were absolutely wonderful. The Villa is stunning, the beds were extremely comfortable and the lounging areas are just perfect. Mondello is a picturesque town full of charm with gorgeous restaurants and lovely, friendly people. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

cute room with basic cooking facilities. amazing view from the rooftop terrace, and also a small balcony in the room overlooking the street. a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants, but surprisingly quiet at night. a really convenient location for exploring palermo! we hope to return to palermo in the future, and stay at sven's place again!

La casa è perfetta per godersi la spiaggia di Mondello, comoda e completa di tutto, anche del parcheggio. Benedetto è un host eccezionale, ci ha accolti anche con alcune sorprese molto gradite e ci ha permesso orari flessibili. Consigliato vivamente :-)

Absolutely unique, exceptional home: the view is outstanding and the house is a work of art where everything looks straight out of a design magazine. We had a great stay with our two kids (aged 5 & 7). Even in winter the weather was great and the house very much enjoyable. Very thoughtful host who had already stocked the pantry and the fridge with Sicilian food and even prepaired gifts and toys for our kids. To nitpick : some elements of the house prioritize aesthetics over practicality (the shower, for example).

Everything was perfect, Salvatore is a perfect vote. Accessible, proactif and know perfectly his country, all advices from him was so good. His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view. Thanks for everything Salvatore, for sur well come back to your villa.

Daniela made us very welcome and the communication leading up to our stay was great. The accommodation had all amenities including some we didn’t expect like the dishwasher. The second toilet was also a bonus. Very comfortable and plenty of space within the apartment. The air conditioning kept us cool at night. There’s a local bakery for breakfast only a minutes walk plus there’s a great restaurant only 20m away, which doesn’t look anything from the outside but opens up to a very pretty dining area surrounded by trees and flowers at the back. The raised deck area could be closed off if the it was raining. Mondello beach is 15 minutes walk away and plenty of public space as well as private if that’s what you prefer. As well as all the restaurants in Mondello there’s a couple, including great Gelato, on the way there. We found using the pool was a bit awkward at times because other family members also used it. If you’re staying in the Palermo area Daniela’s apt is well worth it.

Lovely villa with stupendous grounds and gardens. Many artistic, historical and family artifacts made this stay a cultural adventure. We had two cars and enjoyed the leaving the cars there and being able to train into Palermo, avoiding driving into the big city with traffic and ZTL issues. Geri was an absolute joy and one of the nicest, most generous hosts I’ve ever met. We had a wonderful time here!

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

Logement mignon et fonctionnel dans la propriété familiale. Le jardin avec des citronniers, orangers, amandiers et oliviers est très bien entretenu, permet de se ressourcer. Le coin piscine est incroyable. Mariano est très réactif, arrangeant et flexible sur les horaires. La piscine a subi quelques dommages la semaine avant notre arrivée et Mariano nous en a informés et a fait en sorte que les réparations soient faites rapidement pour qu'on puisse en profiter. Merci encore !

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

Premier séjour en Sicile et cela a extrêmement bien commencé. Logement parfait, calme avec pleins de petites attentions ( fruits, eau, limoncello). Dorothee, ainsi que son mari, ont été très accueillants et pleins de bons conseils. C'est une adresse à retenir. Encore merci pour la bière au bord de la piscine ainsi que nos discussions partagées. The place was beautiful and more spacious than we had anticipated. The view from the sun deck is mesmerising. It’s a walkable distance from Mondello beach. Clotilde, the owner, was proactive with our check in and check out and provided helpful information on local amenities. Overall, I would recommend!

We had a fabulous stay! It was a dream come true. Pietro was SO helpful answering any and all questions we had. He connected us with local drivers and tour guides so we could experience local cities and have a personalized experience. We also loved the private chef that cooked us an authentic Sicilian meal at the Villa. Everyone felt like family. We all want to return. The villa was beautiful and the location was just what we were looking for in terms of easy access to the beach and restaurants

Maria and her husband have been welcoming, provided kind touches during our stay and gave us useful tips for visiting Palermo. The apartment is well equipped, spacious with seating option on the roof terrace and views of the mountains including a large space in the garden which will be great on warm days as it has a roof with shade and an outdoor shower. It is a good place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Palermo.

Beautiful villa 20 minutes by car from Palermo. Our hosts were there to meet us and explained everything about the villa to us. Spotlessly clean and super comfy beds. Very peaceful 2 day stay on our road trip across Italy. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay! We stayed for 3 nights in the winter, with 2 kids aged 5 and 7. The apartment is beautiful, very stylish. Location is perfect, situated in an upscale and comfortable neighborhood. The host was very welcoming.

Liebe Veronica und Marco, wir haben den Aufenthalt in eurer schönen Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Lage ist super, die Einrichtung ist toll und ihr seid super Gastgeber. Die Flexibilität beim Check-In und auch die Möglichkeit bis zum Rückflug die Wohnung zu nutzen, hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die kleinen Probleme habt ihr immer schnell gelöst. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir unsere Ausflüge gut koordinieren, da wir auch die gute Zuganbindung nach Palermo geschätzt haben. Mit dem Auto waren wir auch sehr schnell auf der Autobahn. Das passte gut. Einen Parkplatz haben wir immer gefunden. In der Nähe gibt es alles: Restaurants, Bäcker, Metzger, Fischhändler, Obst und Gemüse, Supermarkt, tolle Eisdiele, Cafés und noch viel mehr. Und das alles leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. An die Strände ist es nicht weit. Wir haben alles genossen und wir waren nicht das letzte Mal da. Gerne wieder bei euch. Selbst eure Nachbarn sind superfreundlich. Erste Klasse und exzellent beschreiben dies alles 😍🤗👍🙋

Gorgeous place and would be the top choice for any future stay in Palermo. Starting each morning with an espresso and finishing with an aperitivo overlooking the cathedral was a special experience and not one we’ll forget. Things to know are that there are a number of stairs that just be walked to get to the apartment - for elderly this may be taken into consideration but it will be challenging with baggage. Hospitality was great. Everything was wonderful. Hope to be back again soon.
