Wonderful lake house in Pusiano

All rooms in the apartment are overlooked on the shore of one of the most beautiful lakes in the Larian triangle, the one in Pusiano, painted by the splitting painter Segantini and sung by the poet Parini. Guests will have access to a furnished terrace, ideal for enjoying the summer sun as in winter, and for romantic dinners in a lake setting with unique charm. Perfect for a weekend of relaxation or a vacation near the Resegone, the mountain made immortal by Alessandro Manzoni with the "Goodbye to the Mountains" of "The Promises Sposi", but also exceptional as a base for excursions, hiking, canoeing, cycling, paragliding and fishing. 1.5 km away is the sanctuary of Madonna della Neve, a destination included in the route of the "Augustinian pilgrimage" in Lombardy. During your stay, you can take the opportunity to visit the city of Milan, which is a 40-minute train or car ride away. Elisa’s place is a real gem. The flat is super cozy, spotless, and the view on the lake is honestly breathtaking—every time you look out the window, it leaves you speechless. I’m genuinely surprised she offers such a view at this price! Elisa was also incredibly accommodating, adapting to our schedule and even offering us extra time for check-out for free (which is honestly so rare and wholesome). The apartment is very comfortable, clean and located in a beautiful area with the lake just outside the door. I stayed here with my friends and we are all satisfied. I thank Sonia for her availability and kindness, who made us feel at home and gave us all the information we needed to orient ourselves in the area. We came there for an event in the village, but I would gladly go back to simply spend a quiet weekend with friends.

Very good stay in the accommodation consisting of a spacious bedroom, a functional simple kitchen and a clean shower room. Everything was redone recently and everything is new. We didn't lack anything and we were perfectly hosted. The main villages of Lake Como are between 35 and 50 minutes by road. I would recommend this listing.

This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

Small natural house on the lake

My husband and I stayed here for three nights while travelling around the lakes for our honeymoon. The check in was simple, and upon arrival we were blown away by the view. Wow! We arrived on a glorious day and couldn’t wait to get into the lake and lie in the sun. Inside, the house was just as described and equally as beautiful. We were greeted by a fresh arrangements of flowers and a wonderfully stocked fridge which was again perfect after a long day travelling. We walked into the town on a couple of occasions and drove to Lecco on another. All easy and straight forward. We didn’t use the sauna, but it looked clean and easy to use. On our second morning we were treated to fresh croissants left by our car, which were delicious. Especially as lots of places were closed for the bank holiday Monday (republic day). Cinzia’s place was absolutely stunning and did not disappoint us.
