I had a lovely stay in the Cowshed Pods (mine had a dog pod too which was a lovely touch). The pod was lovely, clean, felt very cozy and comfortable. Receptionists were very polite and helpful, would definitely stay here again.

Great location as it’s off the beaten track and out in the “wild”. Fantastic view. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful week at White Cottage, luxuriating in the peace and beautiful setting. There are walks from the door, nature in abundance and a fascinating ancient church close by. The Golden Road route starts within a mile or so of the cottage and an abundance of beautiful beaches and good eateries are a short drive away. The cottage is homely, cosy and well equipped. Loads of local information is provided and the host was most helpful and friendly, both ahead of our trip and during our stay. Advance information was especially helpful.

This was a super cute property! We stayed in the cowshed private pods and they were cute and cozy. Bed linens and furniture were clean and I liked having our own private bathroom/shower. The only thing that kind of seemed a little extra was that you have to fill out another form outside of the air bnb website and put in all your personal info/passport numbers for each person staying/vehicle/etc. just an extra step but not a deal breaker. There is also a check in time you have select before you can even check in so keep an eye on your messages. Otherwise i think it’s a cute cozy spot for couples in the pods!! :)

The pod we stayed at was absolutely perfect. It has everything we needed and the views were breath taking. Not too far from a few spots to eat and grab coffee at. Would come back here again.

We had a great time staying at Storr View Pods. The space is limited, but you get all the necessary equipment you might need and some amazing views as a bonus! Angus was a very kind host, greeting us in a rain and apologising for the bad weather. I would definitely recommend staying here.

When we booked Otter’s Cabin we were looking for somewhere to relax and have some time to unwind and Otter’s Cabin gave us just that. The cabin itself is rustic and unique but this is exactly what we were looking for. The floating bridge was an adventure with 2 dogs before our day began but they got used to it quickly and by the time we left they were crossing it like pros. The views were outstanding and the seal visitors were a delight to watch. I would highly recommend Otter’s Cabin for anyone looking for a little piece of Scotland to relax in peace and tranquility.

Lisa welcomed us with a delicious pot of soup, bread and a beautiful place to call home for a few days. Always responsive to messages and quick to make certain we were comfortable. It was a quiet location, which is EXACTLY what we were looking for.

Very friendly, stayed a few times for work and was very accommodating.

We adored Sandy’s place. Did not want to leave. The location is brilliant right on the beach and only a short walk to a lovely pub with brilliant food, where we spent a few evenings in front of the fire and getting to know the locals. Sandy was a brilliant host, very flexible when it came to check in and out and so friendly. We also loved our morning and evening fuss of Nell the dog. Everything is high spec in the house linen and towels and it had everything we needed for the best stay. By far the best AirBnB we have stayed in! Thank you!

This is the largest and most comfortable pod we've ever stayed in. It felt great to have enough space to pack/unpack, relax and enjoy the stay. It was great to have a large shower space and not struggle to wash in a confined area. Lots of lovely and thoughtful touches, with milk, bread and a choice of tea bags and coffee available. We loved watching the two sheep and the chickens, and being able to have a view of the sea. Would highly recommend.

An experience that can't be expressed in words, visit it to believe it. Truly, heaven on earth.

The host, Arthur, is the sweetest man and greets you upon arrival and explains the pods. There is a "shed" with toys and "extras" like a washer and dryer for guests. The pods truly have everything you need and more! The fridge was stocked for us and we felt right at home! The loch across the road was beautiful. It was peaceful and an amazing stay. We loved it and cannot recommend the pods enough. Truly, this is a beautiful slice of heaven and the hosts are truly humble and kind folks. We felt right at home and our son had a lovely grassy fenced in area to run and play. We loved being so close to historical ruins, the main town for shopping/meals, and just a wee bit of a drive for the beaches. The island itself is spectacular. The hosts have a great book they put together of all things of the island - of sites, restaurants, shops, and the like. So you will know what to do even if you forget your travel book!

This was a great caravan. Lovely location with views to the sea and islands. Close enough to the campsite to be able to drive over and use amenities (restaurant, playpark, pump track, beach access), without being surrounded by all the people. (Approx. 5 min drive). Beautiful drive to the caravan. Entry was easy and well described. Caravan well equipped with everything we needed for our stay (two adults, two children). Comfy sofas, useful kitchen, bedroom with plenty storage space. What deserves special mention was the host Graeme rescuing us when our car died! He responded immediately and was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Great little cabin. It was very well laid out. Elizabeth included a lot of little touches and we loved all the local goodies. Beds were comfortable and the place was super clean! It was easy to find and only a short walk from the designated car park (if driving). We really enjoyed our time in Skye. Thanks for a memorable stay!

We had an incredible stay at the otter pod. The surroundings were beautiful, very quiet and peaceful. The pod was clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Big comfy sofa- great for two people to lie down after a day hiking! Nice and warm with heating controls and a comfy bed. Kate was very friendly and available if needed.

Had a great stay at Emma's place on the Isle of Skye. The cabin outlook is simply unbeatable. The deck to sit and enjoy the vistas amongst the sheep. Was a great base for our trip, easy drive to see all the major sites. Very serene and peaceful exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend.

First of all The Cabin is immaculately presented, such a lovely place to stay. It was perfectly tidy on arrival and was well equipped with everything we could need including kitchen utensils, tea and coffee, and fresh eggs! The location is absolutely stunning, the dining table has views out of a large window across the sea. absolutely breathtaking. The surroundings are beautiful and so peaceful and quiet. It really was a haven. There is a decent shop 20 minutes drive away in Dunvegan and plenty of restaurants and cafes within driving distance. I cannot recommend staying here highly enough, it was amazing. There is only a single caveat which is very minor but should be mentioned for fullness of review:- The amount of hot water is slightly limited which makes washing up slow and means that although the shower is hot, it is not very powerful which can be a problem for people with more/thicker hair. These factors are for environmental reasons which is completely understandable.

The best place to stay in Skye! A very quiet little place, with all the amenities you need. The view from the cabin was absolutely breathtaking. It’s also quite conveniently located, so you can easily travel around the Isle. Everything was impeccably clean and neat, all prepared for a great stay. Highly recommended! I cannot recommend this place enough. The views from the hut are beautiful - photos don’t do it justice! Maggi is the most attentive air bnb host I’ve ever encountered: she was beyond accommodating and helped me rewrite my itinerary when I had to adapt it due to the weather. You can tell she cares about ensuring visitors have an amazing time. I can’t wait to visit again!

Snug by name snug by nature, ample room for 2, excellent use of space, had everything you need. Comfy bed, hot spacious shower, heating and wonderful views even from your bed! Very peaceful and very accessible to all amenities you need ( as long as you have a vehicle. Loved our stay and found Skye easy to get around the island. Thank you Lisa!

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay - incredible views and the space was bigger than it looked in the photos. We were greeted be lovely Vicki and the super friendly pup Rhubarb, it was the perfect start to our visit! Thank you for the delicious freshly baked cake, bread and jam, it was such a kind, personal touch. Thoroughly recommend making the effort to book well in advance for a table at Loch Bay, and the Stein Inn also has delicious food. We’d love to return!
