The residence is completely renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available adjacent to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the bus stop is just outside. To the sea, it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund, about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the house, there is a patio with table and chairs and barbecue.

In the cabin there is a well-equipped kitchen, social area with direct exit to its own lovely terrace with sea view and a delicious bathroom with shower. The deck has both outdoor furniture and sunbeds. Five beds in total, but ideal for two adults! Even though the square meters are few, you experience that everything is accommodated in the cabin. Charming newly renovated apartment in part of a house in the middle of Gamlestan, Northern harbor. Here you live with proximity to swimming, restaurants and boardwalk! The property consists of two flats with separate entrances of which this accommodation is the apartment upstairs. The apartment is a 2nd floor of about 40 sqm that is bright and fresh with sea view from the kitchen and bedroom. Adjacent to the apartment is a smaller courtyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee. All amenities are available for a nice and quiet stay.

The house is located in a quiet and scenic environment with a large plot (3600 square meters), with both lawn and mountains on the plot. It is close (500 meters) to lovely swimming, hiking trails and local sights. The swimming area and the harbor in Stockvik (500 meters) are perfect for both swimming, crab fishing and relaxing. Outdoors there is dining table for eight people and extra furniture that can be moved and adapted depending on the time of day. You can always find a place for sun, shade and shelter.

Grundsund - a wonderful place.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. The house is excellent condition and contains what you need for a few days of nice relaxation or a more active vacation. Multi-crowded patios with furniture for food and rest. Take a shower in our outdoor shower and then enjoy a while in the hot tub. It is less than 10 min walk to nice sea bath. If you are in a hurry, you can borrow a bicycle. Skaftö is amazing with nice swimming, lovely and exciting walks and hiking.
