The residence is completely renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available adjacent to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the bus stop is just outside. To the sea, it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund, about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the house, there is a patio with table and chairs and barbecue.

Grundsund - a wonderful place.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. The house is excellent condition and contains what you need for a few days of nice relaxation or a more active vacation. Multi-crowded patios with furniture for food and rest. Take a shower in our outdoor shower and then enjoy a while in the hot tub. It is less than 10 min walk to nice sea bath. If you are in a hurry, you can borrow a bicycle. Skaftö is amazing with nice swimming, lovely and exciting walks and hiking.

Drängstugan

Welcome to our newly renovated farmhouse in rural idyll. The property offers a combination of relaxation and activity, with access to climbing wall, skateboard ramp, mountain biking, and an exercise trail for trail running. Enjoy modern conveniences in a rustic setting. A short forest walk from the cabin is our pond with a wind shelter and the opportunity for cooking out in nature. The cabin is rented without linen and towels. There is rent to if required.

Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five-minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

Note, the toilet is located in the barn next to the friggeboden, Close to swimming and ferry connection to Lysekil, 2.5km from Fiskebäckskil, bicycles are available to borrow, don't forget sheets! Mysig stuga i vår trädgård i natursköna Kärlingesund - nära salta bad och lugna vatten lämpliga för paddling eller Stand Up Paddling. Nära fina vandringsleder som till exempel Kuststigen. Avslappnad miljö och ändå nära hotspots som Lysekil, Skaftö, Fiskebäckskil och Grundsund. Obs: Stugan är till uthyrning endast för två gäster utan barn. Incheckning: söndagar Utcheckning: lördagar

By the sea outside Ljungskile

A cottage with a view over the sea, about 200m from the beach. 50 min by car from Gothenburg and 7 min. from Ljungskile. Sheets and towels (if you do not bring you own) 100kr/person. Cleaning (if you do not want to do it by yourself 300kr (pay me cash or ”swisha”.)
