Here you live in a charming fishing community with close proximity to swimming, hiking trails, restaurants and grocery store when you stay in this centrally located accommodation. Within easy walking distance you can reach several bathing areas with swimming ladders and no less than 3 restaurants! Our house has two outdoor spaces, one with day and afternoon sun and the other with evening sun. Well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and dining room. Grundsunds Marina rents out boats and you rent canoes for access to the nearby archipelago.

Newly renovated, barbecue & patio, 150 meters to the sea

The residence is completely renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available adjacent to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the bus stop is just outside. To the sea, it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund, about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the house, there is a patio with table and chairs and barbecue.

The property consists of two flats with separate entrances of which this accommodation is the apartment upstairs. The apartment is a 2nd floor of about 40 sqm that is bright and fresh with sea view from the kitchen and bedroom. Adjacent to the apartment is a smaller courtyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee. All amenities are available for a nice and quiet stay.

Grundsund - a wonderful place.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. The house is excellent condition and contains what you need for a few days of nice relaxation or a more active vacation. Multi-crowded patios with furniture for food and rest. Take a shower in our outdoor shower and then enjoy a while in the hot tub. It is less than 10 min walk to nice sea bath. If you are in a hurry, you can borrow a bicycle. Skaftö is amazing with nice swimming, lovely and exciting walks and hiking.

Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five-minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

By the sea outside Ljungskile

A cottage with a view over the sea, about 200m from the beach. 50 min by car from Gothenburg and 7 min. from Ljungskile. Sheets and towels (if you do not bring you own) 100kr/person. Cleaning (if you do not want to do it by yourself 300kr (pay me cash or ”swisha”.)
