Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom. 5 minutes walk to ocean, 15 minutes walk to Kehena Black Sand Beach - also known as Dolphin Beach because a pod of dolphins live there. You can swim with them (for strong swimmers) or watch their play in early mornings. AC unit in upstairs part of the home.

Spacious, stylish, newly renovated tropical boho home. Stunning ocean views! LOTS of space - 3 bedrooms, 2 sleeper couches and a futon. Quiet, residential neighborhood. NOT A PARTY PLACE!!! Everything is done for your comfort and rest. Fully equipped kitchen, massive dining area, lots of cozy reading nooks. The whole place is enhanced with art and some locally found vintage items. We expect our guests to be respectful of the islands culture and traditions inside and outside the house.

Amazing condo on Alii Drive (May 15 - Jul 13)

Super located 1 BR Condo on the south edge of Kailua-Kona. Walk to Kona shopping and restaurants or to the pier for an ocean swim and return for a relaxing swim in the pool. Great WIFI for a working vacation. This is a timeshare. May 15-June 13 is first floor with a large lanai. June 15 - July 13 is a 3rd floor unit with a small balcany but a great view of the bay and the Royal Kona Resort. AT LEAST 1 GUEST MUST BE AGE 21 OR OLDER.
