Condo vacation rentals in Isla Verde Beach

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Carolina, Puerto Rico. The location was perfect, right by the beach with a stunning view and just 20 minutes from Old San Juan. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was super responsive and helpful, answering all my questions quickly. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax by the ocean while staying close to the city!

What a great place! From the moment we booked the reservation to the moment we checked out, Arturo communicated with us every step of the way, providing us with very clear instructions on how to access the condo, activity recommendations, even where to find essentials at the local grocery store. The condo itself was very clean and incredibly secure, with 24/7 security. It met all of our needs and matches the pictures exactly. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Puerto Rico again, I'll absolutely check for availability here. Thank you Arturo for making our first trip that much more enjoyable!

Mari’s place was perfect for my long weekend getaway! It is literally steps from the beach and the view of the ocean from the bedroom and balcony is beautiful to wake up to. There was a good supply of towels and beach towels which was really nice! Mari also provided great recommendations for local restaurants and helpful info about checking in and the area in general. The apartment was also clean and tidy, perfect for 1-2 people. Thanks Mari!

Ricardo was super responsive and a super host! He waited and met my boyfriend and I outside right when we arrived and gave us easy instructions to get in/ as well as during check out. The view was beautiful and it was soothing to hear the waves at night while falling asleep. We were here during a 31 hour power outage in the Airbnb during PR’s island blackout. Luckily the elevator and utility room were working for us to still access the airbnb/ charge our phones and we made the most of it while sleeping with the windows open to cool the room with the ocean breeze. Ricardo made sure to check in periodically with updates and make sure we were okay. There are umbrellas, beach chairs, and towels available in the closet for beach use which came in super handy. I would definitely stay here again if ever in PR. You can’t beat the amazing view!

I stayed there from Monday-Thursday. My stay was amazing and safe! It was super clean and very well designed and decorated (Leon's wife has a great eye/touch) It was so close to the beach, pool, basketball court. The Gym was a big plus as well. Leon the host, was attentive, professional and responsive even before my arrival via the Airbnb App. I highly recommend this comfortable, warm place!!! Thank you Leon & wife. m.s.

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Great place! It has a beautiful view and it was less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. There’s a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. The hosts are absolutely phenomenal and very responsive. Definitely worth it, don’t hesitate booking!

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

This stay was by far one of my best experiences staying at an air bnb. The location was such an immersive experience right by beautiful land marks and amazing food as well as really fun night life. The property itself was so charming & extremely well kept. Omar was very helpful and accommodating with anything I needed during my stay! Will definitely come back time and time again!

We loved this place!! The location is great. A two minute walk from to the beach and several places to eat on the strip. There’s a 24 pharmacy across the street and a Grocery store five minutes away in an uber. I would most def recommend this Airbnb!!

What a wonderful stay! Thank you so much to Sandra for an exceptional check-in/out process, as well as providing such a beautiful apartment. We loved our stay, and loved being right by the airport. Private pristine, and gorgeous beach right behind the apartment building was to die for. All in all, 11/10 experience, and if we ever return, we know where we’re staying!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Diana’s! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly accommodating—quick to respond, helpful with local tips, and genuinely kind. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Diana has beach chairs and towels readily available so no need to buy those. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

John’s place was breathtaking. The pictures did not do it justice. It was a little hard to find, but absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. The little treat basket and coffee supplied was so thoughtful and appreciated.

Perfect for a couple!! Vivian was quick with communication, and kind enough to accommodate us with both an early check in and a late check out. Her place is spotless and looks just like the photos. The condo has tight security, so it feels very safe. The bed and sofa were super comfortable. The pool is HUGE and the beach has a private entrance. I have nothing but great things to say, thank you so much Vivian :) !!!!!!

We loved our stay at Linda’s place. It was the perfect location- steps from the beautiful Isla Verde beach and a quick uber to old San Juan. This airbnb was very clean and had everything we needed (beach towels, chairs etc). The only con is that it is very close to the airport and can be a bit loud, but overall we very much recommend!

I do a lot of research when it comes to Airbnbs. This place was pretty much perfect. Comfiest sofa bed EVER, sofa beds are typically the worst to sleep on. This was so much on the beach that our uber driver dropped us off in the sand lol Great communication from the host, as the island was in the midst of a power outage. They assured us we would be good and we came anyways and I’m so glad we did. My teenager was impressed with the led lights lol . Great water pressure and hot. Clean place and plenty of walkable things to see and do. I truly loved this Airbnb.

This retal unit was spotless, well equipped and location...... perfect. The beach is just a very short walk away, as were some good restaurants and convenience stores.
