Very private balcony with a spectacular view and sounds of the waves. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, ice chest. Reserved parking spot in our secure lot. Coin laundry in building. Walk to supermarket, bakery, bars, hotels and restaurants. 3 minutes from SJU airport. Old San Juan is 7 miles away.

All very accessible, since it is a first floor, right at the entrance of the beach. Marbella del Caribe is an extremely central and safe condominium that is indeed on the beach, surrounded by all kinds of culinary flavor, music and folklore.
