It’s an ideal place to relax or even work, as it includes two desks. The complex offers common areas, Swimming pool (June 15 - September 15), a playground, and padel courts. It is located right next to a sailing school and near the marina and golf course.

Aparcamiento privado, pistas de pádel, dos piscinas, una grande y otra pequeña para niños, abierta en temporada, restaurante en el residencial abierto todo el año. El piso es muy acogedor, con una habitación con dos camas independientes, y posibilidad de usar sofá cama, cocina pequeñita pero con todo lo necesario, y una terraza con vistas impresionantes.

Este apartamento no es solo un lugar para quedarse, es una experiencia. Esperamos que disfruten de cada momento en este hermoso retiro.

Appartement met zicht op zwembad en speeltuin, voorzien van volledig uitgeruste keuken (keramische kookplaat, oven, microgolf, frigo, diepvriezer, vaatwas, ...). Gelegen op 5 min. van de golf, de jachthaven en Portugal. Nabij Faro, Huelva en Sevilla. Bij verhuring in de maanden december, januari en februari zijn water en electriciteit niet inbegrepen in de maandprijs.

Gran jardín privado de 250 m. con césped, árboles, patio y zona de esparcimiento con barbacoa , tumbonas... bajo la sombra de la glicinia. Acceso desde la calle y garaje privados. Recién reformada, a estrenar. Decorada con mucho mimo. Las mascotas son bien recibidas.
