Located conveniently near the golf course, the property features a spacious terrace. Everything ok, with one notable exception: the lack of Wi-Fi connectivity.

This appt was perfect for group of six ladies! The property was extremely well equipped and the photos were extremely accurate. The hosts were always friendly and quick to respond. Lots of bars restaurants and shops all within ten minutes walk. Shop and bar/cafe less than a minute walk! I would not hesitate to stay or recommend this property!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Otilia and her kind father, who graciously saved us a parking spot—such a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture that set the tone for our entire stay. The apartment was absolutely impeccable—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and radiating a sense of comfort and care. Every corner of the space felt safe, serene, and inviting, truly making it a home away from home. Otilia’s hospitality was beyond exceptional, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The experience far exceeded our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to returning in the future. The apartment has a very pleasant interior, very clean. It is in a very good location close to the center of Santa Luzia. Very good communication with Valerie and her spouse. We had a lovely stay.

From the first moment, they treated us excellently. The apartment was a 10, the terrace was incredible to rest and relax with the landscape. And there was everything and in perfect condition. I'd like to emphasize how thoughtful they are and that they make you feel at home. We recommend it for couples, even with a baby, as was our case. They had a crib with toys and stuffed animals. Totally recommended.

My husband and I have stayed in this apartment twice time, we spent some pleasant weeks. It is very comfortable, every detail is think to make you feel good, like candles and air fresheners. The kitchen is equipped, you can easily cook, in the bedroom you sleep very well, fantastic pillows and bed, bathroom with large shower. It has a nice balcony with a pool view. The area is quiet, close to the Tavirw center, the supermarket, the shopping center. The owner, Joana is the best lady, always available to give you advice, punctual in communicating information for check-in and check-out. She responds quickly to questions. The apartment is recommended

We had a lovely stay at the apartment, we were given a little tour of the complex & the apartment and all the questions answered. There was even some bottle water in the fridge for us. The apartment had everything we needed and it was really comfortable. We definitely would recommend for anyone wanting a sea view in the morning & stress free time. Thank you!

We stayed with Mari Carmen for 4 months with 2 dogs. She is friendly and helpful. Responded immediately to small problems. The apartment is large enough but a bit cold in winter. Heating was available. The neighbors are very nice. We had a lovely time. Thanks Mari Carmen

It was the second time I stayed at José Carlos' apartment. Once again, everything impeccable. Excellent location, very clean and fabulous terrace. José Carlos is always available to answer any questions. I recommend it without hesitation. I hope to return soon!

Stayed here for a few nights. Was a perfect location for exploring the city only a 10/15 mins walk to the centre of town. Excellent communication, very helpful and clear. Spotless bathroom and kitchen, cannot fault our stay here.

Great host, polite, responsive. The airbnb was as listed. My only comment would be that there were quite a few ants near the front door and bathroom. Perhaps to be expected this time of year in Portugal. Shared this with the owner, he was quick to offer a solution.

We absolutely love our stay! Location was 10 min walk to golf course (with golf clubs in the unit to use!) SO many VERY GOOD restaurants within 10 min walk. Waterfront is 25 min walk—even more options!! Loved it so much we are looking to return next year!

A definite 5 star apartment to stay in. A warm welcome from Gabriel and Amalia. Showed us around the apartment and explained how everything worked. The apartment was excellent, with an outstanding outdoor space and terrace. The terrace gets the sun from first thing on a morning to last thing at night, with beautiful views of the pool area, harbour and sea. The seafront is a 10 min walk away. Certainly a lovely place to visit especially on a Sunday when all of the local families congregate around the various beach bars and restaurants. In October time is a lot quieter during the week - which suited us fine. The bonus was Gabriel's parents own Novogolf, which specialises in golf breaks. We were fortunate enough to play golf with the many other members of 'Novogolf family'. Something which we plan will to try in future. Thank you for a brilliant vacation.

It was a wonderful vacation! Vanessa and her parents were very attentive and were always available. It's the 2nd year we've been vacationing at this house and it's exceptional, especially for those with small children. It has direct access (with a gate) to the lawn and swimming pool, which is great to enjoy with the kids. The beach is right next to the condominium. We hardly need to leave by car. They have everything at their doorstep, from supermarkets to restaurants. We'll be back!

Very nice house in a very quiet and beautiful condominium, with an excellent price/quality ratio. The location overlooking the golf course and by the pool is perfect. 3 min drive from the beaches of Isla Cristina. The area is a zone with many mosquitoes due to .ria nearby but we chose to leave the windows open with the blinds down and ajar from 5:00 pm when we left and did not have any problems with mosquitoes indoors during the 10-day stay. it was enough to be careful to have the windows closed anpartor at that time when we were home. (the air conditioned in all rooms makes the process easier. we spent 10 days in family very pleasant at all levels. We will return and recomedify!...

The accommodation is just as shown in the photos, spectacular. Ideal for a couple. Very easy and quick to communicate with Ana and Jesus, who recommended places to visit and restaurants in the area. We'll repeat.

Very nice area, very quiet on my dates and the sea is a stone's throw away! Beautiful beach and very pleasant Paseo Marítimo! A little far from Ayamonte for shopping, but Ayamonte is a very beautiful city and worth a visit! The apartment is very clean, very nice and Marìa José is very responsive to any problems!
