The Glass Room and Wooden Caravan are perfect for people who love wilderness, and nature. It's for adventurous souls, who thrive on wide open spaces, warmth and a simpler way of life. There are views that will take your breath away, rocks to scramble over and lovely long walks and horse riding to be enjoyed. As with other tracts of wild Africa, we do have some dangerous animals around, including elephant, the odd lion, leopard and venomous snake, although it is not often that we see the latter.

An expansive deck is shaded by a slatted roof, providing a comfortable spot to enjoy the nearly 360-degree views of the surrounding landscape. Sturdy wooden chairs are arranged to encourage relaxation while soaking in the natural beauty under a bright blue sky.

An electric fence erected by Kenya Wildlife Service keeps elephants inside the forest. Guests are advised to book adequate days and time to cover their required stay as we are not able to accommodate earlier check-in and late checkout; other than the indicated times.

It gets quite cold at night, don't forget to bring your cosy pyjamas.

I Had the loveliest weekend!! The whole place is so beautiful, serene, peaceful and welcoming. Lydia and her family are kind, thoughtful, and very accommodating. The room was comfortable and the kitchenette had everything I needed. Will definitely be back as soon as possible!

We really loved the place,very clean,friendly,reliable and helpfull host and the dad. The house perfectly matched the description.will definetly revisit for a longer duration.

The place was spotless, really spacious, and thoughtfully arranged everything felt just right. Each room was beautifully designed, and the host was incredibly kind. It truly felt like home rather than a downgrade , had everything that you would literally need. loved it.

A compact bathroom features a white toilet positioned against a blue mosaic tiled wall. The patterned floor tiles contrast with the walls, and a toilet brush holder is placed beside the toilet. A towel rack can be seen in the background.
