Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Chaumes de Villeneuve "The Chalet"

Located a few km from Châtillon en Bazois, central France, only 3 hours from Paris, the "Chalet des Chaumes de Villeneuve" is located in the middle of a large garden and surrounded by centuries-old oaks, all a few steps from the Canal du Nivernais. Its unique character and the calm of the place will offer you an authentic and comfortable stay in the heart of Nièvre, in the Bazois, with views of the Morvan. Close to amenities: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy within 10 mins.

Located in the heart of a pretty little village on the edge of the Canal du Nivernais, lovers of nature, fishing, walking or cycling will find happiness there. Possibility to rent a room or to rent the entire accommodation for up to 15 people. 6 large 160 beds and 4 90 beds, bed linen and towels provided.

The Cabin in the Middle of Nowhere

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. La Cabane is located between river 10 m away and terrace on pond . Not overlooked . Accommodation equipped with 2 bedrooms living room and bathroom with all the comforts you need (excluding heating) The pond is fully privatized during your stay, with free fishing 1 pet (max) is accepted if educated. Respectful of the surrounding wildlife and not runaway. Children are at your own risk. No wifi . Enjoy your stay!
