Unser renoviertes Studio befindet sich an zentraler Lage, 5-10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zermatt. Die Treppe zum Haus (90 Stufen) zu erklimmen lohnt sich allemal, denn die Unterkunft zeichnet sich durch viel Helligkeit und eine gossartige Aussicht aufs Dorf aus. Nebst einer vollwertig ausgestatteten Küche ist die Wohnung mit einer Badewanne, einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem 1.80m Bett bestückt. Fernseher mit Apple-TV Box und kostenloses WLAN sind vorhanden sowie ein abschliessbarer Skiraum.

Bei uns im Saastal müssen Erwachsene im Sommer 10.5 Fr. und Kinder zwischen 6 und 16 Jahren 5.25 Fr. Kurtaxe bezahlen. In diesem Preis sind alle Busse im Tal und praktisch alle Bergbahnen kostenlos benutzbar. Im Winter kostet die Kurtaxe 7 Fr. für Erwachsene und Kinder bezahlen 3.75 Fr. In diesem Preis ist im Winter der Skibus kostenlos. Frühstück auf Wunsch erhältlich.

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. Das Studio im Erdgeschoss wurde 2016 neu möbliert. Es liegt ruhig auf der Ostseite des Hauses. Für 1-2 Personen. Mit Kochnische, Dusche/WC, Ostbalkon. Das Haus La Colline liegt am Riedweg. Der Lift zur Sunneggabahn sowie das Ende der Talabfahrt sind 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Bahnhofstrasse liegt in 10 Minuten Gehdistanz, Bahnhof und Kirche in 15 Minuten Gehdistanz.
