Come enjoy our newly renovated beach house! Sit on the adirondack chairs on the front porch and read a book or BBQ on the back deck. The 1st floor consists of the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry. Our large backyard has a grill, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of room for fun. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. Located in Clinton Hill, a historic Brooklyn neighborhood, with lots of wonderful restaurants, cafes, and markets, our home is a quintessential brownstone. It was built in 1860 and freshly renovated in a way that preserved all of its old charm. The space available is the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom in the owners duplex. The apartment is loved by parents and kids all over the neighborhood, especially the backyard. The subway is just a block away. Discounts for monthly rentals.

Wake up and smell the ocean! My place is great for families or friends vacationing together. The apartment was recently renovated, and comes with its own private entrance in the rear of the house. Street parking is scarce here, but you have TWO spaces in the private lot! The location is perfect, its a two block walk from the beach, boardwalk, and Convention Hall and just under a mile to Cookman Avenue! I've lived in Asbury Park for 10 years and I love it - I'm sure you will too.

Peaceful Guesthouse

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.
