Vacation rentals with a patio in Is Molas

The balcony and the view of the sea, including hearing the waves on our first night, the peace of the neighbourhood, the lovely decorations in the apartment and the easy walk down to the village, restaurants and beach made this a perfect place for us to stay!

Beautiful landscape and well-kept garden. The rooms are very clean and fragrant, the accommodation is equipped with all the comforts, it is also in a strategic position that allows you to visit the most beautiful beaches a few kilometers from each other. Valentina is a very nice host, she provided us with a lot of information to visit places of interest nearby. Self check-in was very much appreciated. Thanks Valentina! Absolutely recommended.

No problems whatsoever. The WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived but I contacted the host and they quickly gave me an alternative WiFi to use which solved the problem. Great location and good value for money. The beds were very comfortable.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at Casa Masina. The host’s instructions were easy to follow, and the accommodation itself was spotless and quiet. Anna was always quick to respond and very friendly. We would be happy to stay at the property again next time we are in the area and cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furniture is well-finished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! The owners were very kind and helpful from the beginning to the end of our vacation. Highly recommended for those looking for a rejuvenating vacation. We look forward to coming back! The highlight was the view on the beautiful terrace! The place is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. It was fun to cook and eat with the beautiful view was a dream. Andrea gave us great tips. We visited the family restaurant, enjoyed the friendly service and the high quality food. It was a very nice time! It's not easy to find, but even there Andrea helped us great and very quickly. Thanks for everything!

Barbara's house is beautiful, she took care of everything, there were nice touches prepared for guests such as drinks and personal hygiene products, Barbara has given us very useful recommendations and was attentive to our needs, I recommend this place for families

Federica (Paola & Carlo) treated us like family. The welcome was extremely warm and welcoming. The space is Fabulous!!! Decor is perfect, beachy vibe and the location…OMG! Couldn’t be more perfect! Less than 1 minute walk to Poetto beach, bars and fabulous restaurants! If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. If you have a car, getting to old town Cagliari ( must see) is only 10 minutes by car. No car? The bus is easily accessible. Absolutely Perfect! Can’t thank you enough Federica! ❤️😘

Everything was super nice. Maria is a great hostess. We felt really welcome and very, very comfortable. Absolutely wonderful! She gave us many great tips for shopping, for excursions. Food, beaches and much more. We will gladly come back. Thank you very much.

We stayed at Cosimo’s place for two days in May — everything was great, highly recommend!

We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay here. The pool is just wonderful and the house is well equipped and quiet. We couldn’t get our two young kids out of the pool! The views of the mountains are just amazing. There are two superb restaurants nearby, the pizza at Aquarium is some of the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten lots! The local restaurant in the village is also delicious, and super friendly. The two beaches within distance are gorgeous and weren’t too busy, and there are many more just a short drive away. We particularly loved Punta Molentis, which had a lively vibe. Would definitely come back!

I was able to stay at Carla's apartment twice during a 6 week work trip. This place is perfect for a work trip! I was especially struck by how good the internet set up is here for working from home after a week trip out of town with very poor internet access. If you're coming to Cagliari for work or will need to work, this is a great space for that. In addition, the space is also very modern and has all that you would need for cooking and dining at home. The location is at the edge of a private residential area but within 1-2 minutes you're on the main shopping street with plenty to do! There is also the terrace, which is lovely. Carla is also very sweet, responsive, and communicative. She kept me updated about things in the apartment and always asked if/when she could stop by if there was an issue.

Spacious, very clean apartment, a short walk from downtown and exactly as you can see in the photos. Quite stocked kitchen, maybe some pans are missing and I would suggest leaving condiments (oil and spices) Equipped with many towels, including the beach. I would recommend the bunk bed more for two children than adults, especially because there is little space to put your feet when you go down the ladders. We were welcomed by Mrs. Maria, very kind and super helpful. Stefania, although far away during our stay, was also always present and timely in her messages. Due to the very hot week, we suffered without air conditioning, but it is scheduled to install it for next year and that will be a great plus. In summary: highly recommended.

Daniela is an incredibly great host who always responded quickly to all messages and gave very clear answers to everything we wondered. Highly recommend this apartment and can imagine staying here again if I come back!

Silvia’s apartment was beautiful. Couple steps from Poetto beach and 15 min from the city center where all the restaurants are. If you’re staying in Cagliari this is the place to be.

We were guests at Anto&Gio for four days and can only recommend the apartment. We were warmly welcomed and received recommendations for excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, the hosts were always available to us. Fresh fruit, water, wine, beer and ice cubes were available for us. The apartment is clean, large and tastefully furnished. Even flowers from their own garden were used for decoration. The terrace with the panoramic view is super beautiful both day and night. We had a car (private parking available) and bicycles with us and were able to explore the surroundings. Thank you for everything!
