This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. We were fortunate to have spent Thanksgiving at Daisy Place. It was absolutely perfect for our needs while in Wichita Falls! There was plenty of space to spread out, the property is quiet and beautiful and I can’t say enough about our host. She was proactive, welcoming and went above and beyond to help ensure we were prepared to create a home-cooked Thanksgiving experience. I strongly recommend this location and host!!

We found this stop on our way to Colorado Springs, coming from South Texas. It was perfect to stay the night, wash some clothes and cook a meal. There’s a dollar general market a short drive down the road with some staple groceries. It was easy to throw something together and get a good nights rest for a long drive. Very comfortable! Thank you!

This place does look like the pictures on Airbnb but it's even better in person! The pictures don’t show how quaint the space is, with small touches all throughout the house. The beds were plenty comfortable! Towels provided, but bring your own shampoo and soap. I loved having a carport to park under-it rained during our stay. There’s a nice backyard and porch area, all fenced in. The kitchen is sparkling clean. There’s a Keurig but not a drip coffee maker, if that matters to anyone. The neighborhood felt safe. It is a quiet area; not a lot of through traffic. We would stay here again for sure!
