Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Ionian Islands

We were three people traveling—myself, my wife, and my 83-year-old father—on a family trip, and this rental was a great fit for our needs. The location was ideal: quiet, picturesque, with restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, and major attractions easy to reach by car. Having a dedicated parking spot was a big plus. The apartment itself was clean and practical for our needs, but the real gem was the large sea-view balcony. We spent time out there every single day - it became our shared space, especially since the inside was quite small and didn’t have much of a common area. That was something we knew ahead of time from the listing so it wasn’t a surprise. Overall, it was a lovely stay. It felt like the right place for our little family getaway, and we’d definitely come back. No complaints - just good memories.

We had a great week in Zakynthos in Avgeris & Lily’s apartment. It’s easy to reach by car (they also recommended us a great local car rental business), super quiet and clean. Avgeris & Lily are very easy to reach and are always ready to help when we had a question. They always made sure we had everything we needed.

The peaceful and private location right at the water's edge is unbeatable. You can have breakfast and dinner in the garden, use the sun-loungers and go swimming in crystal clear water. Sotirios gave us a lot of helpful information on sightseeing off the beaten track. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance if you don't have a car. We would love to come back.

We were here for the second time. Once again, everything was perfect. I fell in love with the cats from there. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The place is truly beautiful and it was clean ! We can’t wait to return.

I stay in a lot of Airbnbs and Spyros is a standout host - extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. The place is fantastic with a beautiful balcony that has a sea and Mountain View and hammock. The apartment is private and quiet but in the center of town, two blocks off the Main Street and four blocks from the harbor. The kitchen is well appointed and the bed is very comfortable. I love this place and recommend it!

This unit is on the top floor of a complex directly on the bay. The morning sun rises over the sailboats moored in the bay. You can see the old fort from the rooftop. And by the way, the whole rooftop is yours. Loungers, table for coffee in the morning. Well decorated with fresh flowers and plants. This is a picturesque setting. Couldn’t have been happier.

Great value for money! Great apartment and great hosts, we were treated to breakfast and fresh fruit. We recommend it!

We had a great time at Nikos' cottage, which fully matches the description. Communication with him was always very fast and very hospitable. The place is fantastically located, as described, and we had a great relaxing time there. It is also a great starting point for activities, very well located. Also highly recommended is the tavern in the village (about 5 min) walk away. For sensitive people, ear protection/earplugs are recommended on some nights (dog and chickens in the area).

The place exceeded our expectations, it’s even better than the photos. Very clean, just a 10minute walk to the old town, and you can literally dive into the sea right across the street. There are also plenty of parking spots, as well as food and coffee nearby, which was super convenient.

The apartment is spacious, with a separate bedroom with a good bed. a nice kitchen where everything you need is present. A spacious terrace with a great sea view. The beach is 1 km from the house and by car you can drive to good restaurants within 10 minutes and via a beautiful route in half an hour to Kardamily. Hospitable and friendly host, nice communication. In short, everything is good!!

Very nice place and very clean, especially the bathroom, which we always pay attention to. We didn't miss anything and Nicoletta was willing to help us with anything. We'll definitely visit the place again sometime!

Beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone! We are family with two teenagers and they enjoyed having their own space. The views were magnificent! A church bell rings and a merchant comes through selling fruit. This house is everything lovely about Greece! 🇬🇷

An absolute gem of a place. Emma and her mother made our stay simply perfect by providing everything we could have asked for and more. The spacious and comfy house was easy to find and super clean, offering every comfort needed. It offers a lot of privacy and quiet, along with incredible views of the surrounding sea and mountains (the visiting cats were a big plus!). It's location also makes it easy to get to one of the beautiful beaches or a great place to eat after only a short drive. We had an amazing time here and can't wait for a chance to return. Very beautiful views from this place! The “downtown” area is about a 10 min walk, but the views make everything worth it.

Quiet flat even tho in the heart of old town, especially convenient, clean and has atmosphere, with lovely art work, Zoe was around/available if had any questions, and I had a beautiful 3 days in Corfu in part due to having the space.

Great place in a good location!

Place and bathroom are smaller than what appear on the pictures but it is a nice place to rent for a few days, located in the middle of the city centre. Huge balcony with views over the George's sq and Nafpaktos. Fair value for what you get. Mike was kind, responsive and flexible with the check in/out. Well recommended.
