Centrally located on Corfu, 200m walk to the Palace, 10 min by car to the local beach, 15 min by car to Corfu town or by bus at the Villa entrance. The Superior Suite, Restia, is a fully detached 36 m² retreat designed for couples seeking privacy, comfort, and stunning Ionian Sea views. Featuring two comfortable twin beds, a modern bathroom with shower, private entrance, and a private balcony or terrace overlooking the sea and gardens, it offers a peaceful escape in Korithi, Zakynthos. If you love nature and tranquility, you've come to the right place. Our well-kept studio can accommodate 2 people. We have a great view, the location is ideal for excursions to the whole island. The studio consists of a bedroom & living room with double bed, satellite TV, kitchenette, fridge, shower room, approx. 20 square meters, plus veranda. The entrance is separate from the veranda. Linens, fresh towels and shampoo are provided. Cleaning is included and takes place once a week.

A traditional stone house of 90 sq.m. in Ano Riglia, Messinia surrounded by a big, beautiful garden of 1000 sq.m. The house is over 200 years old but has recently been refurbished to a great standard. The original style has been maintained with stone walls and exposed wooden beams but decoration is modern and minimal. The house sleeps 6 people comfortably and is child friendly.
