My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and more trees , of which fruits you can taste.The backyard under the giant mulberry the calmness of the farm , the endless view along with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the spectacular red rock/cliffs you will be climbing. Quite,peaceful almost a paradise is waiting for you!

The small studio (18 sqm) is located at the most beautiful and well-known point of Ioannina, just few steps from the lake and thethe pier where the boats departs to the island . The studio and its large terrace offers panoramic view of the lake, the castle, the traditional settlement, the city and the mountains. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further is the lively pedestrian street of the old market.

The house is located in the historical center of Ioannina, inside the castle, 100 meters from the eastern gate of the castle, with direct access to the lakeside area, as well as the boats leading to the historic island of Lake Pamvotis. Very close to the museums: Silversmithing, Byzantine, Municipal, Archaeological, the synagogue of the Jews and the site of Its Kale, where there is the Palataki(Serai) of Ali Pasha, which houses the Byzantine museum. (maximum time on foot, about 5'-10'min).
