Sandy was so easy to communicate with. He was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The house was stunning and you could see the ocean from the balcony and the most amazing sunsets. The spa was amazing and the house was warm, well set out and very clean. Highly recommend this property.

Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

Was a beautiful one night stay, my wife and I enjoyed sitting by the fire and just spending time together in the little loungeroom. Was a great place to just get away from life and enjoy each others company. Anne-Marie was a really good host with helpful instructions everywhere and very simple entry and checkout. We'll be back one day

Debbie's place should be a go to, if you're thinking of heading to Phillip Island. Great place and amazing, central location. Debbie is also very helpful and communicative.

We had a great two-night stay on Coolart Road! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lovely peaceful spot and a great base for exploring the area. Would happily stay again!

The house with the very special decoration is unique and very comfortable to stay for a couple of days, especially due to the very comfortable bed in the main bedroom . To relax in the beautiful garden with an amazing bird life the house is perfect. To make the chill out complete, the two hammocks you can put up on the deck were fantastic! And you can go for a relaxed swim on the very close swimming beach. For people who love surfing the most amazing surf beach in the first surf nature reserve is just a three minute drive away. The waves were just spectacular when we were there. If you want to eat out, it’s just a 20 minute walk on two minute drive to the restaurant in the entrance of the urbanization, It’s really recommendable. We had just had 3 perfect days!

This house is amazing. Lots of space, clean and in a quiet suburb. So if you want to just relax and chill out and get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect house. It's close to everything on the island, a short drive into Cowes and San Remo for shops. We totally enjoyed our stay. Peter is a great host and quick to respond to any questions you might have. We loved our stay! The house is cosy and charming, with a great stand-alone fireplace in the middle of the living area. The beds are comfy and the kids' bedroom has a good selection of toys and board games to keep everyone entertained. The backyard is private and it comes with an amazing outside shower (hot and cold water). Our dog loved the comfy dog bed, the fenced outside space and the nearby walks on the beach and the inlet (reachable by car). We also found a very kind welcoming pack waiting for us on the table on our arrival! Georgina is a very kind and generous host, always responsive and approachable. We had a wonderful stay at the Perfect Family Home on Phillip Island! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the main street in Cowes, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and easy beach access nearby. The house had a warm, welcoming feel and really felt like a home away from home, which made traveling with our dog so much easier and more comfortable. Everything was clean, well set up, and thoughtfully arranged. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and pet-friendly place to stay on the island!

We keep coming back to the Farm Cottage because we love the peaceful setting, comfortable accommodation, excellent location, feeding the animals with James in the mornings, and playing with Zeus the sheepdog. It was our fourth visit and we are already planning another stay! A huge thank you to Michelle and James for welcoming us back again, and for being such wonderfully hospitable and kind hosts.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Kelli’s. Her home was immaculate with all the amenities to make our stay even more enjoyable. Kelli was extremely responsive and one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever dealt with. I’d thoroughly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay! The host was very nice and always responded quickly to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is great—it's within a kid-friendly hotel, and we were able to access the hotel facilities, which was a big plus for our family. Shushana was an amazing host! She made sure we had milk/alternative milk available for our stay and all the essentials required to cook. Her place was lovely, warm and so comfortable. The backyard was also the perfect size for my small-medium Japanese spitz. I’d love to come back again in the future!
