Stable Studio at Airlie Castle

A bright and comfortable open-plan space on the first floor of the old stable block on the Airlie estate, in the spectacular Angus Glens. High beamed ceilings give a spacious feel to the main room. Everything here is made from Douglas Fir ply, including walls, floor and furniture. It'll feel very cosy here at night with the lamps lit, the wood fire and the large bed with feather pillows and wool blankets. The loo and bathroom are down 4 steps, please note no dividing door. Minimum stay 1 night.

Real Fairytale Treehouse

Set within the grounds of Fernie Castle a beautiful authentic Treehouse with 6 living Trees growing and thriving. Equally beautiful in all seasons especially winter being so very cozy, it is fully heated with lots of hot water for the freestanding bath for two. With all the amenities of a 5 star bedroom, a large freestanding bath on the second floor with a small balcony with views to the stunning countryside it does indeed feel like a fairytale just remember to bring your favourite bubbles...

Driftwood - A coastal experience by the sea.

Our cosy apartment is close to the harbour. It is ideal for 4/5 but can accommodate 6. (It has one bathroom). The garden is a sun trap where you can relax. Nibbles? Wine? Our windows all have harbour/sea views. We have 3 bedrooms, a king size, queen and twin beds. The kitchen and living area has TV, DVD, and Wifi. There is an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. The original 19 th century stairs are steeper than nowadays so please be aware and be careful and mindful.

The Turret offers a tranquil setting in 2.5 acres of private woodland, it has its own entrance and is a self-contained totally sound insulated annex to the main house (where the owners live). The setting has spectacular south facing views of the Deeside hills and is surrounded by farmland and wildlife. Completely off the beaten track with glorious dark skies.

The main feature being the huge living area incorporating the original stonework and the breathtaking vista into Kinblethmont woodlands through the glass fronted sunroom area.
