My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

The studio, cozy and quiet, is suitable for 2 people (no children, no animals, to ensure peace of mind for our guests). It is located on the ground floor of a completely renovated Ticino house, in the heart of Cavigliano. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, and good restaurants and grottos nearby. It is 1 km from Verscio where the famous Dimitri Theater is located. 3 km away is Pontebrolla which offers a beautiful rock wall for sport climbing.
