We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

For skiing, we were in Leutasch at the end of February 2025 and found a very nice apartment to the accommodation. It is designed according to the surroundings, which means that a lot of wood or regional materials have been used. In addition to a high quality high chair, we were also able to use a clothes rack. the only downside: we couldn't find a way to reduce the heating.

Very quiet and picturesque place. The area is quiet, the air is clean, with the aromas of herbs. Our stay, although it was limited to mostly just overnight stays, but every morning gave only positive emotions. We needed privacy and my wife and I got it.

Daniela and Roland are fabulous hosts! Their place left us feeling relaxed after a peaceful two week stay right on the water! We stayed in Top 2 and enjoyed a fabulous view of the lake and mountains. The infrared was a nice touch as well! Highly recommended!

The two of us stayed with our dog for a week in the apartment of Daniela and Roland. We more than liked the apartment. You have a fantastic mountain view, the infrared sauna is great and otherwise, too, everything you need is there. The location is great, right on the lake with countless hiking opportunities and many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Daniela and Roland were great hosts.

Sandra and her husband are very friendly and very helpful hosts. We spent 3 days there for cross-country skiing in this beautiful plateau. On our departure and at -10 degrees cold, the brake of a back tire on our electric car was frozen, so we couldn't drive away. Both helped us very helpful and time-intensive to solve the problem! Thank you again for this!!
