Great spacious, spotless chalet with a wonderful helpful host. 10 min walk to restaurants, shops, ski bus & the centre of the village.

The apartment is superbly equipped and really nothing was missing. Everything was incredibly clean and the quality of the place exceeded my expectations. Thanks for this great place to stay! We, five people, felt very comfortable in Leutasch, in our accommodation with Marianne. It was a modern, nicely decorated apartment with small extras. In the middle of the village, centrally located and quickly in the mountains. We will be happy to come back!

For a ski group of 12 people, this holiday home is simply recommended. Plenty of parking space for up to 5 cars is available and the kitchen/dining room is large enough that everyone can eat together. The equipment in the kitchen is also very good and should something be missing, the owners Mario and Lisi have always tried to help us there super quickly. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom, where there is nothing to complain about. The ski cellar with ski boot dryer is also a dream. The ski bus can be reached in about 6 minutes in full ski contour. Overall, the cottage is beautifully decorated, well appointed and thought out. The owners are very easy to contact and try to help with any questions or problems. We definitely had a great time and would love to come again! Thank you to Mario and Lisi for their efforts

We were very pleased with our recent stay with Carole at the Pircher-Maes apartments. Carole was incredibly helpful: she assisted us with the bread-delivery service from a local bakery, gave us extensive recommendations for trails and excursions in the area, and provided toys & child-appropriate items such as a high chair and crib. The apartment was clean and attractively decorated in Tyrolean style. Overall, we were very grateful for Carole's gracious hospitality. She went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and comfortable! Will recommend to friends visiting the area.

The house exceeded our expectations. I would say the listing does not do this amazing place justice. The house very comfortably accommodated 6 adults, a baby and a dog. Everyone had their privacy and the kitchen and dining room were perfect for us to hang out and had everything we needed for our trip The deck and the heated pool were an amazing addition and made our stay feel very luxurious. The house is not central in Seefeld but everything is in a walkable distance giving it a perfect balance between privacy and fun. Communication was not direct with the owners however everything went very smoothly. Would 200% recommend Haus Eibl for a family vacation

Thanks to flexible check-in time, we had a relaxed arrival and were greeted personally and warmly. Even during the stay, the hosts were always available and helpful. The house was clean and looked as cozy as in the pictures. There was only one shower, which was sufficient for our group of 6, but also a hot tub, an infrared sauna, washing machine and dishwasher. The location is great and several ski resorts as well as other attractions are quickly reached by car. We all had a great week!

Wonderful, stylish chalet with all the modern appliances you would need. It was clean, very comfortable, extremely friendly hosts. We could not recommend this place more, we really did not want to leave. We cannot wait to return one day.

Everything was great house great location , we were 9 and were here for hiking, right in the forest hiking trail signs. I'd love to come back.

We were mountain biking with 6 people. The accommodation was fantastic. Huge large bike room with everything you need!

Our expectations would be exceeded. Very, very friendly, open hosts. High-quality amenities, well-maintained and clear. A small shop for basic supplies is available and there is a bun delivery. Centrally located for skiing, cross-country skiing and hikes. Gladly again and many thanks to Valeria and Robert for their open warm and honest kindness.

We spent 11 days here as a group of 6 adults. It’s actually 2 separate apartments but we all had plenty of room and we spent most of our inside time in the top (larger) apartment. The chalet is spacious and comfortable and has 3 double bedrooms with lots of storage space and 3 bathrooms if you count the shower next to the sauna. The sauna was a bonus for some of us. The Leutasch area is quite spectacular with flowering meadows and snow-capped peaks and we all enjoyed some interesting walks and bike rides. It is easy to hire e-bikes and this is a great way to explore the whole area. I would highly recommend Chalet Josi for a group of people or large family who wish to enjoy the Austrian countryside at their own pace and in comfort.

We had a wonderful stay, the communication went absolutely smoothly and very nicely, the chalet was beautiful and furnished with a lot of love for detail, the furnishings (especially in the kitchen and bathrooms) exceeded our expectations and we felt right at home and would have liked to have stayed longer:)
