Vacation rentals with a patio in Innsbruck-Land District

The hosts were amazing and friendly! They provided clear instructions how to get to the airbnb. The place itself is immaculate! Clean, modern and has an amazing view! Highly recommend to anyone!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Daniels Unterkunft! Die Lage ist perfekt für Skifahrer – nur eine kurze Fahrt nach Kühtai, wo wir herrliche Tage auf der Piste verbracht haben. Die Unterkunft selbst war makellos sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet – genau das Richtige, um nach einem langen Skitag zu entspannen. Daniel war ein großartiger Gastgeber, stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Unser Aufenthalt in Mieders war wirklich toll. Das Appartement ist in einem top Zustand und liegt in einer top Gegend. Der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster(und auch aus allen Anderen :-)) war einfach herrlich. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Unser Skigebiet war in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und auch sonst waren Restaurants, Geschäfte, Skiverleih...in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Unser Urlaub war rundum gelungen und es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt hier. Dank der Flexibilität unserer Gastgeber konnten wir dann sogar früher in unser Appartement, danke noch einmal dafür Slavica. Hier kann man nur 5 Sterne vergeben!

The property was very good, good locaton, very good view, calm and peaceful. The Host kept the property very clean, easy instructions to enter and vacate the place. We had a good time for the weekend.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Blick vom Balkon ins Tal und auf die Berge ist der Wahnsinn. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ganz oben im Ort, sodass es kaum Verkehr gab - allerdings sollte man für den Weg vom Bus zur Wohnung etwas Kondition mitbringen, da es 5-10 Min steil den Berg hoch geht. Claudia war super freundlich und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Außerdem haben wir ein paar hilfreiche Restaurant Tipps von ihr bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Fantastic base for your adventures around the Tirol region in a quiet area with beautiful views. Very spacious apartment, sunny terrace looking over the mountains for sunset aperitivi. Everything seems somehow newly renovated and also perfectly in keeping with another moment in time, creating a great vibe. Easy parking.

Had a good stay. The place is close to city centre, just 3 bus stops away. Bus stop is very near. Can also take a nice stroll to the city centre.

A great apartment for a few days skiing at Stubai. There are great paths for dog-walking and hiking from the apartment too. Thanks!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage! Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern unkompliziert und freundlich. Die ruhige Lage nahe Innsbruck war ideal für Ausflüge und Erholung. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft mit allem was man sich wünscht! der Blick ist gigantisch und reichlich Platz. die Sauna und die "Whirlpool-Tonne" sind ein absolutes Highlight!

We had a nice experience. The view is amazing and amidst nature. The proximity to Innsbruck makes it comfortable for a day trip. The bathrooms are renovated and spacious, on the other hand bedrooms make squeaky noise as one walks, due to old wooden flooring (something for light sleepers). The house is also well equipped with all appliances. The kitchen, dining, and living room make it cozy and open. Overall recommended.

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

Carina, Klaus and her whole family were so welcoming during our time here and we had such a wonderful stay. The facilities were spacious, clean and there was plenty of room for two adults and two children - not to mention the stunning views. A perfect location to enjoy surrounding bike parks and a very easy walk to the regular tram into Innsbruck. Being able to see the organic farm in action was such a great experience for the kids and the delicious bakery next door was an added bonus. Thank you for such a great stay, we hope to be back!

Everything is just clean and convenient. Sigrid is super friendly and is available always for any queries. The cake was absolute nice gesture! The games room was a pleasure for a big family like ours on a rainy day. There is nothing to complain and can only recommend others. We would absolutely go there again and can give nothing short of 5 stars.

We've spent a month at Daniel's and Lisa's place, it was the perfect base to discover the surrounding area. The pictures and description were accurate (maybe even better in real life) The hosts were really friendly. Would stay there again :)

Haben uns wohl gefühlt, war alles vorhanden wie angegeben. Gute Lage

Väldigt fint och fräscht boende! Välutrustat kök, stort vardagsrum och lugnt lägenhetshus. Enda som kunde varit bättre var tv:n. Den fungerade inte riktigt som den skulle. Lägenhets wifi var också bristande och funkade endast i vissa delar av lägenheten. Förövrigt en underbar upplevelse med fantastisk utsikt.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Alles war einfach nur perfekt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Als unsere Tochter überraschend über Nacht bleiben wollte, war das gar kein Problem. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit allem. Fussläufig ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Bäcker zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen.

Wonderfully decorated condo. Clean, in a nice area right next to a restaurant, and right next to a tram stop. Host is responsive and communicates effectively and efficiently.

Die Unterkunft ist optimal für einen Ski/Winterurlaub. Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Die Unterkunft ist optimal für Freunde/Familie. Sie bietet viel Platz zum Essen/Trinken aber auch zum ausruhen. Das einzigste Manko ist der Staub der unter der Couch und generell in den Ecken der Wohnung stark verteilt war, da wir zwei krabbelnde Kinder hatten. (Sonst hätte uns das vermutlich nicht gestört.) Der Umgang mit dem Gastgeber war immer freundlich. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.
