Rural located on the Island (an Ö in Umeälven) and with walking distance both from the flight and central Umeå you will find this microhouse on wheels. The house is fully equipped with all the comforts and you can choose if you want to buy for breakfast or arrange yourself in the nice kitchen. In summertime, we have an open craft shop and garden cafe Eljest on the same farm. Large parking space available about 50 m from the house. There is an option to charge your electric car at cost. The Lergrova cottage, fireplace, river and forest.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. You are very close to both Ski slopes and a golf course. For more tips of activities see the section "The neighborhood".

Private studio and best bed in town!

Come and stay in our apartment with the most comfortable bed in Umeå (see reviews)! The location looks like a typical Swedish village but it is only 8 km from the city centre. The apartment comes with separate entrance and free parking space. We are nearby and available to help with any questions or requests. The apartment is one room of 30 square meters including kitchen and bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Unfortunately we do not host guests who are smokers.

Relax in this unique and quiet space with the ocean on your doorstep and fall asleep to the sounds of the restful noise of the waves. The stall is equipped for self-catering with glass and crockery, microwave, induction stovetop with two burners and a charcoal grill. From the fishermen in the harbor you can buy fresh and processed fish. If you prefer really lazy days, there's a reputable restaurant right next door, open daily during June-August.

Cabin with step kitchen, fridge, toilet with shower and wood stove sauna. If you want to sauna, there is an extra charge of €50/€5. Private terrace with the view of the lake. 7 km to IKEA shopping center. Bedlinen and towels are included. Coffee and tea available in the cabin. Breakfast not included. Laundry facilities available for 50 hours/5€. Signs are available for car parking.
