Cozy studio in Emmental

This newly built 24 m2 studio is located in the Emmental, 20 minutes from Bern and 20 minutes from Thun. It is very quiet because it is located in a residence on the heights of the village of Konolfingen from where you can admire the landscape of the Swiss Alpine meadows with in particular the famous Stockhorn, and the Niesen... It is within walking distance (15 minutes from the train station) as well as by car. We have a space in the residence's garage available to our visitors. The entry is independent.

Vacation in Palmendorf Merligen in summer and winter

The studio apartment is located in Palmendorf Merligen. It is on the first floor with direct access to the garden seating and the car parking space. It has a double bed (160 × 200), narrow room with toilet/shower, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. A washing machine and dryer can be used by arrangement. All skiing and hiking areas of the Bernese Oberland are quickly and easily accessible by public transport or car. All water sports are possible. The landlords live on the upper floor and are there when you arrive.

Whirlpool Romantik!

Ländliche und romantische Wohngelegenheit! Die Räume sind gemütlich eingerichtet und haben einen separaten Eingang. Gratis Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Auf dem Grundstück hat es Hühner in einem Gehege, aber keinen Hahn ☺️ und in der Nachbarschaft hat es ab und zu Schafe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Bahnhof sind mit dem Auto in sieben Minuten erreichbar und die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt zwei Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Das Skigebiet ist vielfältig und gut zu erreichen.

We live in a beautiful place called Bühlweidli, i.e. Sonnweidchen, in an old renovated farmhouse. Absolute tranquility, no neighbors and nature. We mainly supply ourselves, biodynamically. Electricity, heating and hot water from 100% renewable energy - both in summer and winter. We try to live with nature. Our house is very quiet, below the main road and is reached by a staircase. Studio Lerche The studio is about 45m2 and has a living/sleeping area, a small kitchen and a bathroom. In front of the apartment it has a terrace with table and chairs and wonderful views of the mountains and Lake Thun! There is private parking available for our guests at the top of the street.
