This is the perfect place for us for our extended stay!

Book this place! This property is made up of Wyndham vacation villas perched at the top of a hill with amazing views. The property is beautiful, the rooms are very nice, and customer service is excellent. There are several lakes on property for fishing and a beautiful pool for swimming. There are limited pictures on this site but many more if you go to the Wyndham site directly. This is a perfect getaway for those looking to leave the business of the city to get out to a more remote place. 20 minute drive from several public spots on the Guadalupe River. There were a couple issues with my reservation but the host took care of them quickly. I can’t say enough great things about this place. We will be back.

Shelly’s place was lovely and a great location! We were able to walk to get coffee, dinner, and enjoy shopping in downtown area several times and always felt safe. Her place was very clean and just like the descriptions. We would definitely stay here again!

Jennifer and Marty were great hosts. The two airbnbs they own are downstairs in their home but you have a private entrance separate from the main part of the house.They were very accommodating and had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. They had some plumbing issues but were able to accommodate us with the other room they had available. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house was in a nice neighborhood and close to town. We will definitely stay again if ever back in Kerrville!

The three of us had a great stay! The location was extremely convenient to the golf course. The check-in process was super easy via lockbox. The hosts provided wonderful guest service! The online listing was accurate. The home was nice, clean, and uncluttered! The home had been updated. The home has a lot of windows, and the views were great! It was comfortable and decorated nicely. Thank you for the great stay!

This place is a gem! So quiet, peaceful and private! Every possible amenity was provided - if I had forgotten to pack anything I would have had no need to worry, the Compartment has it all. Hosts were extremely responsive and friendly; they gave us great dinner recommendations and were flexible with check-out. Watching the deer in the evenings is a must, and the deck has been recently updated to include a small pool which is perfect for taking a dip on a warm summer evening. My only regret was that I didn't book our stay for longer!

We loved our stay at the Farmhaus. It was beyond perfect for our weekend in Fredericksburg. We were central to everything from Main St to the grocery stores, yet the location made it still feel private.

We stayed a week at the river hollow retreat. We got lucky recent rains had the river over a two feet high in most places the fist couple of days. The property was beautiful and if you want peace and seclusion with no other people in site this is a great option. We had a 5 yo boy and a dog and never did we worry about where they went in the river. The location is great close to anything you may need but far enough away from kerrville to feel you are in total seclusion. The hosts were great and very tentative to your needs if they arise. My family will go back to the river hollow retreat.

We had a wonderful visit to Fredericksburg and stay at the Riddle Haus. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was walkable to main street which was great. Jordan was very responsive to any questions we had and the riddle was very fun to solve. My two kids really enjoyed it! We would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area! Thanks again!

Great place to stay.

We had an amazing time at this house in Kerrville. The photographs of this house just don’t do it justice - It’s even better in person. The location is 10 minutes max from town and has the most lovely views from the backyard. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals from scratch- probably the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in a vacation rental. The beds are very comfortable. The living space was roomy and had such interesting artwork. The back porch was a delight to sit out on any time of day. The pool was a little chilly the weekend we were there but that’s just because a big storm system had gone through the night before. We still had a fun afternoon in the pool. If you are not there in the height of summer and want to swim, you might want to consider paying to heat the pool- but remember that you need to do that in advance. We would highly recommend this rental home and hope to return.

My family enjoyed staying here. The house was exactly as described and was a great location to get away with family for the weekend. We would love to visit again!

We came for the 75th annual Kerrville Folk Festival and the accommodations were only 10 minutes from the festival site. We really appreciated the comfort at the end of the night after being at the festival all day on Saturday and again on Sunday

Our family of four spent four nights here. It’s such a unique spot, with the house being just above a shallow part of the river running over rocks. The sound is incredibly peaceful. The property has a long riverfront that you can enjoy, ranging from the rocky shallow areas to a deeper section where you can start canoeing. We used one of the canoes, plus there was one single kayak and one SUP. A 15-20 minute paddle puts you at Angel Falls which is a beautiful area to splash in the water or just relax. We caught some little bass along the way. The area has fun activities as well, including The Point Theater and Crider’s Rodeo & Dancehall. The house itself could have been cleaner but the location felt so amazing that we didn’t really care. So thankful for the opportunity to stay at this magical property! Truly unique!

It was a great place for our needs. Ten kids between 3-16. The river was just across the road,with deep water and the Lodge provided a lot of water toys. The dock had good shade, platforms to jump from, but the favorite was a great rope swing. The house had plenty of space for 18 people. AC was great in the bedrooms (as well as the rest of the house), good mattresses. The kitchen was sufficient, we cooked all of our meals in it and was able to pack in meal prep for 4 days. It was well stocked, not fancy, but a great kitchen for a river stay. Plenty of places to sit and eat, We played some of the board games that were provided, kicked back and read, had cozy conversations, slept in the hammock, grilled. It was just exactly what our family needed!

Great getaway stay. This was perfect for my partner and I. It had everything we needed and more. We truly did feel right at home, from the moment we opened the front door it just felt very welcoming. The backyard setup was a bonus, nice outdoor area with a tv! Another factor we really liked was the location, whether we drove or took an uber around Fredricksburg, everything was in pretty close proximity. It’s a nice, private cottage that makes you feel at home. Would definitely recommend!

We celebrated our anniversary out in Fredericksburg and this place could of not been more perfect! We enjoyed our time And stay here! Thank you !

We really enjoyed our stay at Rachel's place. It was very clean, conveniently close to things, and quiet. It looked just like the pictures. The shower was really good. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Akiko's place is absolutely fantastic. I don't have the words to describe the care that was taken to create and completely inviting and welcoming space. It's beautifully decorated and immaculate. Their kitchen was fully stocked with quality diningware. There are laminated instruction cards everywhere so that you know how to use everything--from the lights to the coffee to the relaxing chair, the blinds the bedside lamps, the bathroom linens, the laundry appliances--everything! We had absolutely no questions about anything. The labels are also placed in such a way to where it does not take away from the home. In fact, it adds an element of luxury similar to a hotel, but with far more specific amenities. It's somewhat located just south of main street, so you're away from the noise but just a 2-10 minute drive to anywhere in town or outside of town. We will absolutely be coming back to stay here. It was an amazing value.

The location was exactly as described and conveniently located for our purpose. The condo was very clean and modern. Overall, we were very pleased with the total package.

My wife and I booked this for our 1 year anniversary. We wanted to be on Main St. so I could have a few drinks and not have to worry about getting us home! And this place delivered. We were tucked away from the noise (even though the Crawfish Festival was across the street) and loved it. Every time we were on the strip shopping or drinking and had to use the restroom, we could just dip back to the apartment. And we never had to move the car for the whole weekend! This apartment is amazing. We were so happy with how clean it was, that there was a full on fridge and microwave AND wine fridge for our purchases. Just perfectly decorated and again, quiet! You'll have to be fast and book it because once the word is out on this place or if we want the place for a weekend, it'll be booked Quick, Fast, and in a Hurry!
