Perfect setup for our bachelorette! There were fresh cookies waiting upon our arrival which was was so sweet. Host was easy to communicate with and check out was a breeze. Great experience!

This property was stunning! The multiple structures on the property offered privacy, while the grand house and pool gave us an incredible area to congregate and create memories. We loved the pool and the stargazing deck - we saw lots of shooting stars. Hopefully, we will have an opportunity to rent Britney Jo's place again; she was a great host!

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The decor/style was very trendy & cute. The beds were oh so comfy! We loved having the cowboy pool & hot tub. A beautiful space outdoors to hang out & relax. We would definitely recommend!

Mary and Ken’s wildlife ranch is hands-down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. It’s private, serene, perfectly situated in hill country, just outside of Fredericksburg. The home itself has everything you need and is the best stocked Airbnb I have ever encountered. The wildlife was amazing… we easily counted over 60 wild deer each day coming and going, as well as wild hog, turkey, and many birds. As an Airbnb host this is the level of hosting I strive for… they have thought of everything and ensure that you are well looked after; they are kind and generous hosts. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who is looking for a getaway away from the crowd, but close enough to go to town if you want to.

⸻ This was, without a doubt, my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in—and I’ve stayed in many! From the moment we arrived, it felt like peace and beauty wrapped into one perfect place. The setting was serene, the home was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully designed to help you truly relax and let go of any stress you walked in with. The farmhouse exceeded all expectations. Honestly, our favorite day of the trip was the one where we didn’t leave the property—we just stayed put and soaked it all in. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the pillows were amazing, and the outdoor space (including the pool!) was everything we could’ve hoped for. There’s not a single thing I would change. We will absolutely be back, and I recommend this place without hesitation to anyone looking for a peaceful, restorative getaway. Simply perfect.

Awesome location and host

My family and I had a great stay. The house was great, and the river was easily accessible and perfect for sitting or kids riding some rapids. The best part for us is that the river was secluding to our area so we didn’t have to worry about any other people, we had lots of little ones and they were able to play. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Relaxing and peaceful stay with views outside every window. The saltwater pool was refreshing after some time in the sauna…(comfy robes provided) what a treat! Able to walk the property (the hill is a doable work out) and enjoy the sounds of nature and new view scapes. My dog loved it with a fenced yard! Mostly put my feet up, read, and relaxed…even though there are so many options for playing games or catching up on movies with tvs available in almost every room. Definitely a destination for anyone wanting a peaceful getaway or large family reunions with something for everyone. So special to truly feel like I was in the heart of the hill country but with all the amenities and close to the lovely town of Fredericksburg. Hope to make Galaxy View a regularly retreat.

This was a home away from home, where the owner’s professionalism and attention to detail made the stay welcoming, comfy, and relaxing.

The view is astounding and the home is really nice with plenty of room and good beds. Sky View is the most beautiful, peaceful, and quiet location we’ve ever experienced. Valerie and Keith were always available and had great tips for nearby attractions. Thanks for the Texas sized hospitality.

I try and stay here every time I am in town. I love this place great host, it’s right by the river and just a few minutes from down town. This place is always clean and the neighborhood is great.

Great place to stay.

Gorgeous private home and beautiful backyard, fire pit and ping pong table were both amazing after dark. Neighborhood has an abundance of deer and birds! Kitchen and outdoor grill were perfect for our staycation with our two dogs. Would visit again!

We cannot speak highly enough, of this wonderful property, and Landlords. Our family lives in Kerrville, TX, and we live in Northern Michigan. Driving for 1,714 miles one way, we stay awhile, because of retirement, so since we love and appreciate our family, we want them to maintain their normal routines and living space. This wonderful unit makes that a very perfect option for all of us. We want to return next year if it is available. The Huffman’s. .

This was a last minute long weekend and it was exactly what we needed. Quiet, peaceful, on the water. We used the kayaks and the grill and spent a lot of time sitting outside looking at the birds - including hummingbird visitors. The unit had more than we expected (convection oven, electric burner, full set of dishes), which allowed us to go into town for a nice dinner, but have our other meals at home in peace. Quick drive to Kerrville, which was pretty deserted on the Sunday before Memorial Day.

We came for the 75th annual Kerrville Folk Festival and the accommodations were only 10 minutes from the festival site. We really appreciated the comfort at the end of the night after being at the festival all day on Saturday and again on Sunday

We absolutely loved our stay here so much we extended our trip by a day. It was so beautiful and peaceful. A perfect weekend getaway to unplug. We are already our next trip back. The host was super friendly and incredibly responsive. Can’t wait to be back.

It was great to stay at Brian and Dina's place on the river. The place had everything we needed, and was very clean, and very well kept up. The bed was comfortable and the place was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. They even allowed a late check-out to accommodate some remote meetings we had scheduled. I will be favoriting this listing to stay at Casita del Guadalupe again. Thanks y'all!

We had a great time!! It was walkable to Pint and Plow (which was great) and close to HEB and coffee shops! The host was very responsive! Thank you!

This place was exactly what we needed. We were in town for our son's wedding so didn't spend alot of time at the house, but when we were there it was perfect. We loved the old fashioned vibe, from the moment we walked in we felt like we were at home. We kept saying we felt like we were visiting our grandparents house. Everything was clean & exactly how it was listed. Kevin even let us check in early because we needed to take care of wedding duties early so we were able to drop off our luggage & such before heading to the venue which was nice. if we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again.

We had a relaxing week at Caroline’s Cottage. I enjoyed listening to the doves as we drank coffee and cooked breakfast on their beautiful gas stove. A great location for walking, shopping and just being! Definitely worth another visit for sure! Great hosts as well!

Thank you, Laura! Casa Carmen saved the day for us! We were in Kerrville for a family member’s Celebration of Life and then a sorting of her estate. Our first night in town at a hotel was extremely disappointing, so I was looking for an alternative and amazingly Casa Carmen was available for the next five nights! It was fabulous! We loved everything about it. The architecture, the history, the interior design, the shower, the location (close to everything), the amenities…… It was such a treat to be able to come “home” to Casa Carmen each evening after very long and stressful days. We hope to be able to stay again before too long. Thanks so much, Laura! (The only thing we would point out is that the floor transitions between some rooms took some getting used to!)
