Property was as described, well located, just a few minutes walk from Heacham South Beach.

We visited with our two cockapoos and it was just perfect. The garden is fully enclosed and not overlooked which is perfect for our dogs who do like to bark when they see other people/dogs. The neighbours were very friendly. The area is just perfect for walking on the beach and around the nature reserve. We would really recommend it for anyone especially people travelling with dogs. They have thought of everything inside, it has everything you could need. We will be coming back again.

We loved the proximity to Heacham beach. The chalet was lovely and had all the amenities we needed for a great stay. Very comfy bed. Please just note that the listing doesn't make it fully clear that the chalet is based on a 40 place holiday site. However, this wasn't an issue for us, it was very quiet and peaceful and still felt private. It was lovely to sit outside and see the deer and hares running around in the evening. We also discovered (on the day we left) a whole host of beach equipment behind the chalet which would be great for a family! Body boards, beach chairs etc. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excellent accommodation just what it said. observation key box was behind the post and not clearly visible.Needs a form of blind at front window over looked by adjacent caravan.Very clean throughout .

Had a great time, lovely place to stay for a weekend with our toddler. Would definitely stay here again, the chalet was lovely and well-equipped, and the site was quiet. Enjoyed the seaside decor and thankfully we had good weather during our stay so we could enjoy the beach. Beach hut is great for convenience, was glad to have somewhere to keep our stuff while on the beach. Big step down from the beach hut meant it wasn't really suitable for relaxing in with a 2 year old but that wasn't an issue as she wanted to be on the sand all the time anyway. Beds were very comfy and we particularly enjoyed reading the book of Lincolnshire folk tales and riddles in the evening when our daughter was in bed.

Amazing place, my son and I love coming here, beautiful, comfortable, everything you need to relax and the beach right on your doorstep. We will be again for another holiday next year.

We had a great 2 night stay! Very comfy and homely, the caravan had everything we needed. Michaela left clear instructions on how to find the plot and how to get in. Lots to do on the campsite and close to lots of activities. Would stay again!

We arrived to a lovely clean van airbnb had an issue sending us the check in code but was soon sorted by Joe. There was no clutter and everything was nice and clean. There was a hoover which is a must with dogs once emptied it was a great. We took our own bedding as not included which was no hassle but the beds themselves were very clean. We did have abit of an issue with ants but again Joe soon got it sorted. The van itself was fantastic in a lovely spot on a quiet site. I would definitely stay again. Joe as a host was outstanding nothing was too much trouble.

Have stayed here three or four times now. It’s a great base and definitely home from home. It’s comfortable and cosy and we love the secure private garden. Best of all is the location right by the beach - perfect!

A perfect location and setting for a break away from home, Sarah’s place was clean and tidy, with lots of attention to detail. We cannot fault the communication before we arrived, Sarah was extremely helpful the whole time! Highly recommend!

Lovely static in lovely location. Site easy to find, static was a little trickier to find but nothing a little drive around didn’t solve! Only there for one night sadly but it was lovely and would definitely stay again as the whole last minute booking was a breeze and great comms from the host too. Very modern, cosy and well presented static… would love to have stayed longer and didn’t want to come home! Proximity to beach was amazing! Thanks 😊
