Mysig stuga i närhet till sjö och naturreservat

Vi hyr ut vår mysiga gäststuga, komplett möblerad/inredd och utrustad med bl a kokvrå med diskmaskin, mikro, miniugn samt badrum med tvättmaskin. Det finns golvvärme i hela stugan och även en liten ac. Upp till 3 sovplatser(3e sängen luftmadrass). Det finns även en tv med chromecast, dock ingen tv-box. Man har också tillgång till egen parkering för bil och cykel. Stugan är belägen nära natursköna Hissö naturreservat, Kronobergs Slottsruin och 200 meter till restaurangen Ryttmästargården.

Underbar stuga i fantastisk natur vid sjön Halen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Med naturen som granne och sjön utanför dörren är det bara att slappna av. Njut av fiske, vandring, paddling, bad och allt annat naturen har att erbjuda. Stugan ligger helt själv på en udde. Det finns ett sovrum och en bäddsoffa . El finns och alla bekvämligheter som fullutrustat kök, kyl, frys , spis och tidsenlig inredning . Inget rinnande vatten utan vatten har man på dunk. Avlopp finns i köket. Det finns förbränningstoalett men ingen dusch.

Huset ligger nära Smedstugan, vårt andra hus vi hyr ut här på airbnb. Fiske ingår. Inplanerad lax. En fisk ingår i hyran därefter 100 kr / lax. Roddbåt ingår. Köket har ett vikparti, som går att dra helt åt sidan, stor öppning ut till altanen. Plan 1 - kök, tv rum, badrum. Plan 2 -Vardagsrum med öppen spis, balkong, 3 sovrum. Wifi, apple tv.

Dear guests. We follow Corona instructions regarding cleaning. The lake is also very clean.. a rowingboot is available,. Other supplies, Gardenfurniture, a little grill, big grassarea for soccer etc.. own entrance , parking in front of house. Area around is very quiet. Pls mail for further information A new sauna is ready to be used by the lake. A minor cost extra if wanted. . Negotiable... Värnamo city is 6 km away.

Unique cottage by lake. A modern holiday house located close to the lake. The house has no neighbours and the nearest house is 500 m away. Use the sauna and then go swimming in the lake. Fish in the lake (pike, perch, zander, etc). Hike in the beatiful nature or take a trip with the boat at the lake. A perfect place for relaxing and just beeing. Hässleholm 16 km far away. Hästveda 10 km fsr away. Skåne län.

Our cozy cottage is beautifully situated on our small farm in the middle of the Småland forest. The forest is located right around the corner for wonderful forest excursions. Next to the house there is a pond where you can swim. Cozy beach with sun loungers that you can enjoy in nice weather. The farm is only 10 minutes from the beautiful lake Åsnen and only 25 minutes to Växjö or Älmhult.
