the house is very nice, nice decoratiin and very comfortable. ideally located. Very pleasant stay and very fluid communication, brief perfect stay!

we were very happy with our stay. description was accurate. the washer and dryer are in a seperate building on the property, but are just on the other side of the driveway connected to the main house. the dryer was a big bonus, as well as Air conditioning after a hot day of touring the chateau! Great location - peaceful backyard with comfortable seating, yet a 10-15 walk to the adorable and bustling amboise restaurant/local shops. highly recommend checking out the bakery a few doors down! so so good. recommend you stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at Alexandra’s place in Amboise! The location is excellent for walking around Amboise, visiting the Château Royal d'Amboise and Château du Clos Lucé. Plenty of great restaurants for every meal. Alexandra’s house is on the main street of town, but so quiet! Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom (two en suite and one across the hall), which was great for our party of 5. On the main level the living room, dining area and kitchen are combined. It is a bit small for a larger group, but we made it work and enjoyed wine and cheese together there during our stay. There is one bedroom up the spiral stairs and then the other two bedrooms are down the spiral stairs. Lots of stairs and a few low beams that tall folks need to be aware of :) Many thoughtful touches to this home including plenty of towels, shades on the skylights, lots of convenient lighting and very good WiFi too! Definitely recommend a stay at this beautiful French home.

Punctual and as advertised

We had a pleasant stay at Bruno's. The listing is true to the listing's photos and description. Very well equipped, we did not lack anything. There is no table for 4 people to eat "at the same level" inside but, we benefited from a mild weather that allowed us to have most of our meals on the terrace. Convenience stores are within a 5-minute walk from the rental, which is also perfectly located for visiting the area and some beautiful castles. The value for the money is great!

The apartment is a small comfortable cocoon and in the center of Blois, the possibility of storing bicycles safely and dry in the entrance is a plus. Warm welcome from Cécile, we'll be back with pleasure.

The accommodation was great because it is spacious and comfortable! We were able to enjoy the house after the visits, whether it was the terrace with the plancha, the game room located on the top floor of the house, the kitchen with all the utensils, the bedrooms and bathrooms! Sébastien is very responsive and the instructions during check-in were very clear. The location was perfect. There is the market on Saturdays as well as the Carrefour and the Intermarché which were not very far.

Great welcome by our host in the accommodation, great location! What a pleasure to find some delicious homemade cake after our bike trip! Roselyne is adorable, very responsive and very helpful following an oversight on our part. It would be a real pleasure to return!

Very spacious living area. Amazing light in morning and evening. Easy to relax.

Wonderful unique space. Walkable to everything we wanted. Enjoyed the outside area for casual take away dinner and wine. Not quite enough adult bikes for our group. Would be a great way to explore if you had smaller group.

House as described, in a good location, next to the city center of Chinon and on a quiet street. Gwenaelle is very available. I would this property.

My mom, aunt, partner, and I had a wonderful stay here. Agnes was a delight, and she was there to greet us/show us around her lovely place when we arrived. We had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, the airbnb was very clean/beautiful, and the location was perfect - right in the centre! Highly recommend this airbnb.

We had a marvellous stress-shedding stay in the most beautiful town full of shops and interest - and dangerously-good chocolate shops, right on the banks of the Loire. Herveline always responded to any questions we had and as we were travelling by train, she even gave us explicit instructions about the best way to come. The wisteria was out when we arrived -- the house had such character and is clearly loved and used by the owners. And the showers were instantly hot.

Thank you again to Sylvie for entrusting us with her house, there were 4 of us, including two three and one-year-old children, toys and books available. Very well equipped house, garden and dining table outside, everything was perfect and comfortable!

Beautiful little house, overlooking the Loire. We were also able to soak up the sun on the small terrace. The location is also ideal for a walk along the Loire and to reach the city center. The space met all of our expectations.

Our stay in Amboise was truly unforgettable, and Julie and Florent’s home made it even more special. Their recently renovated townhouse is full of charm, style, and comfort—beautifully designed across three levels with plenty of space to relax, plus a lovely private patio that felt like a quiet escape after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Amboise, just steps from everything: bakeries, wine and cheese shops, cafés, restaurants, and a market. We walked everywhere and loved being so immersed in the life of this charming Loire Valley town. It was also the perfect base for visiting nearby châteaux, vineyards, and other historic sites. Julie and Florent were exceptional hosts—warm, responsive, and clearly passionate about creating a welcoming space. Their hospitality, along with the home and setting, helped make this one of our favorite travel experiences ever. We’d return in a heartbeat!

We are delighted with our weekend discovering the city of Tours. The accommodation is a peaceful place in the middle of the city center. All within walking distance. Check-in was flexible and we were lucky enough to meet the co-host who welcomed and advised us. She was available throughout the weekend to answer any questions. The accommodation is well maintained with many rooms and a beautiful living space.

Nice house on two floors (staircase steep enough for people with reduced mobility, be careful), typical of Loches and a stone's throw from its dungeon and a 5-10 min walk from the city center. Very pleasant elevated garden when the weather is nice, with a bird's eye view of the city and the sunset, ideal for a good barbecue in peace and without disturbing the neighborhood. Very pleasant and responsive host to our questions / needs. Only small downside: the outdoor kitchen was not very clean, presumably little used in recent months. But not enough to spoil the stay!

Excellent stay for disconnecting and serenity, in a place adapted to our needs and desires. In addition to the friendly welcome for the owner's visit, very nice touch with a bouquet of lily of the valley on the living room table. Cute garden, cool interior and two separate bedrooms so a teenager can chill out for example! Thanks both of you!

First of all, thank you to Nathalie for her warm welcome and all her good tips for visiting this pretty city of Blois. It's always nice to be able to speak in person when picking up the keys to a place. The house was perfectly suited for our family stay. It is very nice and ideally located in the center of Blois on an extremely quiet street since it is pedestrianized. We would highly recommend it! Thank you. Jean
