Fontevraud Abbey, the castles of Chinon, Saumur, Chenonceau, and even Chaumont-sur-Loire are accessible within the hour thanks to the expressways. Bike shelter available. Private parking. The cottage is completely separate from my house which is nearby. You're my only guests.

The accommodation is a small cocoon of light with its many windows. You can enjoy the garden, where you will find benches, tables and deckchairs in different places… Depending on the season, you will find many fruits to taste (apples, pears, cherries, figs, grapes, persimmons, peaches…).

The refurbished accommodation is located in a 16th and 17th century mansion, in a private, quiet subdivision, overlooking a wooded park. 2 LIONS de TOURS district, you will be 15 minutes by tram from the center of Tours (tram stop 300 meters away). Outdoor area with table and chairs to enjoy the sweetness of Tours.

Independent, comfortable studio for 2–4 people

We welcome you to a completely renovated and equipped independent studio. Queen size bed on the mezzanine and possibility of an extra bed (2 people) on the ground floor with the sofa bed. IMPORTANT POINT: we are located on a busy road on weekdays day or night, cars and trucks. If you want absolute calm on weekdays, we will fully understand if you choose a different place. We welcome you to an outbuilding of our house, close to several shops (bakery, tobacco, restaurant...) Ideal for families with children and baby 6 adults visiting the region, for one night, on weekends or for a week or more . We provide you with coffee, chocolate, tea, sugar, milk, butter, orange juice for your breakfast. Herbs are available in our small garden. Bedroom 2 and 3 are located on the floor (stairs)
