Monthly Rentals in Indianapolis

I would say this is a good place for two people who need a quick place to stay. We only stayed one night. The RV was very clean. My wife and I were on the double bed and it was very comfortable. My son stayed on the pull out sofa which had a bit of a slant to it. Couldn't figure out a way to make it level. But otherwise, acceptable. The price was quite high. The reason was there were three big events. Indiana Pacers playoff game, Indiana Fever game and the Indianapolis 500. So, that's why the price was so high. If I need to go again, for non-big event weekend, I expect the price to be lower. But it's all about supply and demand. Yet, very satisfied with the accommodations.

We had such a fantastic stay! Everything was so clean and we felt right at home. Christy was so helpful and accommodating, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay when we’re back in town. Highly recommend!!

My son and I had a great stay here! It's a nice, quiet area with easy access to a ton of restaurants and a painless 15min (at most) drive to downtown. We found the information binder left by the hosts to be very helpful and when we encountered one small issue (dead batteries in remote) the hosts immediately responded to quickly help troubleshoot. It's a perfect place for a couple or one or two people. The pull-out couch bed was not the MOST comfortable thing in the world but fine for our son. I would not hesitate to stay here again, or at any other place offered by Courtney for that matter.
