Kitchen is well equipped with dishes pots and pans silverware enough to cook a full meal. Kitchen has a table with four chairs. Bathroom has a nice fiberglass shower stall. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement and free to use.
