Lake house vacation rentals in Indian Lake

We had a nice weekend away, lots to see and do.

We had a great time staying at the Airbnb. It was nicely furnished and clean. We really enjoyed hanging outside fishing, grilling, and taking in the beautiful view. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed (pots, pans, toaster, coffee pot, and spices). We were able to cook/grill a nice dinner on our last night. It was definitely a home away from home (in a good way)! Also, my sister needed to extend her stay and they were very accommodating! Thank you for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home.

It was a very cute little house and the lake view was peaceful. Also loved the little neighborhood it was in! Bathroom upstairs is a little small and the ceiling space was short so we had a couple head bumps lol! But overall it was a nice, cute place and we enjoyed our stay. Nice neighbors & good pizza is walking distance away. Caught some fish as well. Poles are not provided.

We loved staying at Sassy Retreat!!! Even before arrival, Mike was more than accommodating via email, texts, and Airbnb messaging. He provided very clear instructions and wonderful recommendations. The lake house was perfect for our party. The views from the windows were beautiful and so relaxing. Entire house was clean & made us feel right at home. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Kitchen area fully stocked with everything you could want or need. The downstairs area with a bar, karaoke, pool table, games, etc. was perfect to keep all group entertained. Mike recommended a boat rental company within walking distance, which was convenient and enjoyable. We hope to return in the future!

Stayed at Kari’s place for the weekend and had a wonderful time with my family. I definitely would book with her again! She was very proactive with instructions and flexible with check in/out times. The house was super clean and the view from the back porch was beautiful! We also had great weather and were able to use the kayaks that were available. Made some great memories.

Dave's house was absolutely wonderful. We felt right at home the minute we walked in the door. Everything we needed was easy to find. The upper deck was the perfect place to kick back and relax all day long. The location was peaceful and felt so private. We will book here again any time we are in the area.

Looked like the pictures and was super comfy. Loved that we could bring our dog with us. It was nice sitting on the dock watching the boats and geese and there were views were out of every window.

We really enjoyed our stay! The boat dock was a big plus for us. Upon arrival we felt that this was a place that was a home away from home with all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was very nice and so were the neighbors. We would stay there again in the future!

Matthew was an exceptional host. Place was better than pictures. Will definitely use Matthew again if in need of getaway again!!! Highly recommend!!

We can’t say enough about how wonderful these two cottages were! This place checked all the boxes on our list of what we were looking for, not only for our family, but also for our sweet pups. The cottages were extremely clean and very well maintained. There was plenty of room for all of us and the decor was cozy and inviting. The location was very convenient for our son’s fishing tournament and for shopping etc.., we already are looking forward to coming back for hopefully a longer stay.

We had an amazing trip! The family enjoyed Jamie's house. There were 10 of us and we were very comfortable. We fished, hiked, scootered on the bike trail, played Frisbee golf, went for walks, and played games. The lake was beautiful. Our favorite feature of the house was the back patio. We had a cozy warm fire and fished right off the patio when we weren't somewhere else within the state park. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. We even found a cute little gift shop and hometown fishing supply store within minutes of the house.

Felt right at home, loved it! will definitely return, worked remotely and was a quite place to work from. The place had all the amenities from home.

Booked this rental for a relaxing bachelorette getaway and had the best time! This space was perfect for us go get together and celebrate. We especially enjoyed easy access to the lake, the tiki bar, the fire pit (but do be careful lighting it), and enough bedrooms to accommodate all 7 of us. The instructions Jennifer gives are very useful and thorough, and she had great recommendations including Lapizzaria (amazing) and the local car service to get around the lake. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip to Indian Lake!

Carrie was responsive and fantastic to work with, and I really, really enjoyed her delightful home in Lakeview. Everything was clean, organized, and carefully prepared for my stay. There are a lot of fun places to explore around the lake - delicious food spots and friendly people. My stay in this charming lake cottage was just what I needed! It’s exactly how it appears in the photos, but even better in person. I highly recommend it!!!

This is such a charming lakeside stay. The cottage is decorated beautifully and the view is lovely. We enjoyed the screened in porch during the evenings while we watched the sunset over the water. The master bedroom also offers a cozy, relaxing view, as well as a very comfortable bed. The kitchen is incredible and stocked with everything you need. The owner is responsive, helpful and very friendly. We had a great time!

The house was gorgeous. I was there in the winter and it was very quiet but I wager that it’s a hopping community in the summer. Hot tub was excellent. Kitchen was very well appointed and we found it enjoyable to cook in. The house was immaculate.

The most comfortable beds EVER and I got a very restful sleep every day. I got enjoy fishing at the lakes nearby, cook in their beautiful kitchen, and relax on the porch. Awesome place.

Everything was very clean, they were very attentive, everything is in excellent conditions
