Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Beautiful, modern and bright apartment near the lake

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snack bar, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small sunny breakfast terrace. Free parking is available on the property. I look forward to seeing you! .

Dear Brigitte, Thank you so much for the wonderful week at your place on Lake Constance. The apartment is small but nice and it lacks no amenities! The small terrace with the garden and the view is a dream! The location is great and is perfect for excursions. Thanks also for the always fast communication! We felt less like guests, more like friends. Thanks for that!

A nice little apartment, ideal for a couple or solo travelers. Impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, reduced to the essentials. Very quiet location, with a beautiful view. About 10 minutes by car to Friedrichshafen, where there are good shopping facilities.

This place is absolutely lovely and perfect for everyone, no matter the age. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, with a great location close to everything you need. What I loved most is that the house has all the essentials—just like staying at your own home. It’s incredibly clean, and the host takes such good care of everything. We stayed in Beate & Oliver's apartment for the second time and would come back anytime. There were three of us on the road. A travel bed and play box were provided for our 3-year-old son. There is so much space in the bed that he also likes to cuddle between us. We felt very welcome at all times and would be happy to come back.
