Nearby you will find, among other things, Kontiolahti's ski slopes and trails, biathlon stadium, Paihola's frisbee golf course, summer café (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21 km) and Koli National Park (about 54 km) services and activities!

In the apartment, you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. The property has a well-equipped kitchen. You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in summer. Parties are not allowed.

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area.
