Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

The apartment is on the ground floor. It is simply and functionally furnished. All rooms have daylight windows. In the apartment and on the terrace you have absolute peace. You can walk at the renatured quarry lakes and in the surrounding forests. Some of the quarry lakes have been converted into spacious natural beach baths. A bike path leads right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance and the Swabian Alps are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.

Our accommodation is a large, well-equipped attic apartment. In addition to a cozy bedroom, there is a living and dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a reading corner, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. From the bedroom you have a great view of Altshausen Castle. The location is central (various shops, bakeries and restaurants within a 5-minute walk) yet quiet area. The garden can also be used. My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate access with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .
