Welcome to Haus Götz! A few minutes' walk from Lake Ruschweiler and Lake Illmensee, the apartment invites you to hike, swim and relax. With the bus stop right outside the door (about 100 m), you can reach both Ravensburg and Pfullendorf. Nothing stands in the way of a visit to Lake Constance either - you can reach it in about 30 minutes by car. The quiet apartment was extensively renovated in 2024/25 with a lot of love for detail. In the heart of the island of Lindau, Casa Limone is located in a small quiet side street, just a few steps away from the bustling Maximilianstraße. Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. The fold-out sofa (140 cm x 200 cm) is suitable for one adult or for 2 children/teenagers.

The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.
