We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how responsive and accommodating Stephanie was! The view is beautiful and the surrounding area was great. Being right above a coffee shop was also extremely convenient.

The living room was very comfortable and provided a great space for all our group to hangout after a wedding. The extra bedding and coffee was a nice plus!

The sunset view from the hot tub was absolutely breathtaking, providing a stunning backdrop for our evening relaxation. We opted for the gift basket, and it truly made our evening spectacular. It was filled with thoughtful treats that added a special touch to our stay. The place was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. This was a very nice place for us. We got lucky so I can’t say for sure how quiet it would have been with someone above us in the other unit but this one was GREAT for us. The host was very good communicating with us and made sure we understood the special parking requirements. We would definitely stay here again. In fact we are considering a Christmas time visit.

I had my bachelorette in Chicago and Borja's place was perfect! It was walkable to everything, only a few blocks from Riverwalk - it felt safe and private. We were a group of girls, so we were very pleased with the safe area and access to all the places we wanted to see. Would definitely visit again!

We LOVED this Airbnb! Everything was perfect for our "Mom's get-away trip"! The house was immaculate & had a great floorplan. The kitchen was even bigger & nicer than the pictures looked & fully stocked with everything you would need. The groundskeeper came immediately & got the water toys ready. We met neighbors across the lake & even hung out at their house the 1st evening! Everyone was super friendly. Roger was on it! Very responsive & easy to work with. 10/10 all around!!! Even left us beautiful flowers on our arrival! The lake was beautiful. The only negative was we weren't there long enough. Definitely went too fast! We hope to return again in the coming years!!! ❤️

My two sisters and I enjoyed our stay. It was so comfortable and homey and had everything we needed. I especially loved the very hot water in the shower and the heater in the ceiling above the shower.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this beautiful air bnb. The view from the hot tub was spectacular! A gorgeous home with lots of fun fishing and areas to enjoy a beautiful walk. The home had beautiful paintings and sculptures. We would love to return!

Can't recommend this place enough. Serene surroundings overlooking the river; watching the barges float by and fish jump was the perfect way to relax. Between the deck, patio, and lower patio, there was always a place to sit and take in the view. Bed was EXTREMELY comfortable, and location was 15-20 minutes from anything you could need in Peoria. Can't wait to return!

This is the third or so year we've stayed here. The location is convenient, the space is very comfortable, and they have everything we need to prepare a decent meal (or eat takeout pizza).

The house was wonderful, clean, and relaxing to stay at. Bell was very friendly and answered any questions we had. The lake was very relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.

Amy was very helpful, responsive and kind. She had many suggestions on things to do in the area as well as restaurants. Very organized! The place was cute, cozy, clean and very well stocked. Everything you need is pretty much in the place. Amy has added touches that other hosts do not. My wife and I enjoyed swimming and kayaking with the kayaks provided on the beautiful lake. We also loved the hot tub at night when it cooled down. It was very roomy and clean. We took numerous walks around the area...just gorgeous scenery and wildlife. We went hiking one day, did a few of the wineries and a distillery on the wine trail one day. We grilled on the flat top a couple times and that was well maintained. There is also a cute firepit on the property. We love this area so much we try to come down every couple years as the area is just breath-taking and a great reset from busy life. I would highly recommend and definitely stay at Amy's place again.

everything was extremely nice, unfortunately the knob to change from shower to faucet was detached so we could not utilize the very large beautiful bathtub. The front porch light also needs to be replaced, we opted to leave the front door open to be able to see outside after dark. Other than that everything was extremely nice. Still worthy of a five-star review.

This place is beautiful and it has everything you need. It was immaculately clean. The patio at the river edge is beautiful and peaceful. It felt like home and we didn’t want to leave. Glennette was so helpful recommending a location for a special item we needed and it was perfect! Kevin and Glennette were very responsive with any needs or questions we had. Highly recommend!

This is a WONDERFUL one bedroom apartment that is both private and spacious! The owner/host has the space fabulously decorated with an eclectic mix of original contemporary artwork and antiques. Nothing is generic about the space and it has been outfitted for guests with loving care. The host, Kaye, clearly puts much trust in her guests with her charming decor and furnishings. The amount of space, the privacy and the home-y feel make it a place we'd love to return to.

WWWWOOOWWW!! This host team was EXCEPTIONAL! I’ve stayed in plenty of AirBnBs, and I’ve NEVER encountered a host that was so EXTREMELY accommodating, responsive, and kind! Other hosts should take a page out of their book! The only thing I would change, and it’s not a bad thing (just a matter of preference); I would have some type of blinds or drapes over the living room windows. This will allow for privacy when you’re sitting in the living/dining room areas at night with the lights on inside. Hands down, we would without a doubt book with this team again! We had great time staying in this beautiful condo! Very peaceful and comfortable. Had everything we needed and more except usb ports. Am looking forward to returning with a few friends for a women’s getaway!

Had a great stay in this lovely home! Just as described in the listing. Now knowing the location and proximity to the marina, restaurant, beach, may have chosen a different location in the community, but overall enjoyed the house and amenities the community had to offer. We did rent a golf cart last minute, and unfortunately had issues with the battery dying and had to push it back to the unit. Some friendly people in the area saw our trouble and came to help. The office was very responsive with our issue and offered other solutions which we were very happy with. The only suggestion we would have would be more chairs available to sit outside. Given the number of people the house could accommodate, outside seating was very limited. The only negative we encountered were ants in the kitchen (something sticky in the cabinet that they were after) and an area in front hallway near the main floor bathroom. This little gem is tucked away with a beautiful view of the Apple river, but still close to everything the area has to offer. Part of our reason for this vacation was to visit antique shops, and we were so inspired and comfortable here! After busy days of shopping and sightseeing, this quiet and cozy apartment was the perfect place to unwind. Plus, the hosts thought of everything and had extras on hand in case there was anything we had forgotten or needed in a pinch. This may be where time stands still, but you shouldn’t — you should book it today!
