You have the entire apartment all to yourself (kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and an office). Shared backyard. Portage park is located about halfway between O’hare airport and downtown. It is one of the safest neighborhoods in Chicago. Parking is easy! We’re 2 blocks away from a park (dog park, playground, walking/running path, tennis courts, indoor and Olympic sized outdoor pool). We offer amazing amenities like plush bed & linens, array of coffee and teas and goodies, 50" flat screen smart tv for watching movies. Beautiful bath equipped with everything, including homemade salt scrub. A secure, separate entrance to come & go. Note: It is a basement space so ceilings are lower than average home, especially in the bathroom. We do not offer a kitchen.

Welcome to the Shawnee and "Corinth"! The structure in which you will be staying was formerly a two room schoolhouse that's been transformed into a residence. The school's name was Corinth, hence the name of this establishment. Accessed by a private outside entrance with a deck, the space consists of a bedroom with a queen bed, a hallway, a full bath and a beverage/ closet nook. The deck is a great place to sit and relax while watching the birds, squirrels, rabbits, chickens, and ducks!
