It is one of the safest neighborhoods in Chicago. Parking is easy! We’re 2 blocks away from a park (dog park, playground, walking/running path, tennis courts, indoor and Olympic sized outdoor pool). Queen bed with mattress topper, studio area includes Smart TV, water station, Keurig coffee machine and quick-set lock. Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Not suitable for children or pets.

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

Logan Square Garden Suite

Creative and quiet light-filled garden unit with lots of books, accompanied by comfortable lounge furniture and touches of nature for cozying up and relaxing after long travel or late nights. This is a perfect space for solo travelers or couples. This is also a great space if you are traveling with a small child or infant. The place is set up much like a hotel room in that it does not have a kitchen but we do provide a mini fridge and Nespresso machine.

Ottawa has great places to dine and Washington Park in downtown Ottawa has the must see Lincoln-Douglas Debate fountain and statue.
