We are 12 minutes from the city and only 3 minutes from Praia Grande and Prainha, where you can enjoy a beautiful beach or take boats to Ilha do Araújo and other islands. In Praia Grande, we have a market, fishmonger, and local fishermen, so you don't need to go downtown for basic shopping.

We are very close to the place where public transportation circulates, but the ideal is to be by car. In addition to having a beautiful view, the house also has a swimming pool and barbecue area, garage for up to 3 cars. We have a power backup system that guarantees 24-hour autonomy in case of a power outage in the city.
