My space is located in the rural area of the city of Paraty, on the road Paraty-Cunha (Route 165). It is a modern house, well equipped and well-integrated with Nature, nestled in a piece of the Atlantic rain Forest, in the National Park of Serra da Bocaina, 10km from the center of the historical center of Paraty. There is waterfalls with crystal-clear natural swimming pool, with private access, jungle gym, sauna, trails in the forest, therapeutical therapies and you can order nice local food.

Our house is fantastic with a spectacular sea view. Ideal for people seeking tranquility, nature, beautiful landscapes, beaches and at the same time wishing the convenience of being close to downtown Paraty. We are 12 minutes from the city and only 3 minutes from Praia Grande and Prainha, where it is possible to enjoy a beautiful beach or take boats to Ilha do Araújo and other islands. In Praia Grande we have a market, fishmonger and local fishermen, no need to go downtown for basic shopping.

Design House in Rainforest with Private Waterfall

Signature designed house inspired in the Ashaninka’s tribe architecture immersed in the rainforest with access to private 5 waterfalls 300 meters away from your doorstep. The house is situated inside Aldeia Rizoma Ecovillage (@aldeiarizoma) sharing more than 200.000 square meteres with only other 6 houses with complete safety and access to a jungle gym, sauna by the river (paid as an extra to the village), dozens of trails and a SPA. All this 20 minutes from Paraty’s historical center.

Casa Mugango

Casa Mugango is in Cunha, in the Campos Novos district, about 25 km from the center, with 19 km of paved roads. It is located inside Cabanha Bocaina, a rural site. It is a refuge from the hustle and bustle, a calm environment with the proximity of Nature and country life. The house is surrounded by fragments of forest. Wild animals, insects, spiders and toads can be found, even with periodic fumigations. In the rainy season, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle.

A Casa Garibaldi foi montada a partir da junção de vários artistas locais de Paraty. Estando a 50 metros da areia da praia, a casa foi montada com muito bom gosto e é um presente aos olhos de quem acorda com vista estonteantes da Praia Grande(recomendamos acordar cedinho para ver o nascer do sol maravilhoso). Temos um ótimo Wi-Fi para trabalho/ Ar condicionado novo ( comprado em dez/2024). Todo nosso acervo de obras de arte estão para venda !

Suitable for young couples, and may receive 2 more people. Ideal for day trips and enjoy pleasant nights by the fireplace. Local enveloped by native forest to reduce stress, spotting birds and wild animals. Great location 3 km from the center of Cunha, with easy access to the road and close to the main sights - Pedra da Macela, Forest Reserve, restaurants and ceramic ateliers. Enjoy the cheese, pine nut and gastronomy festivals in August.
