Vacation rentals with beach access in Ilha do João Araújo

Ingrid's accommodation seemed very appropriate to the price and the photos match reality! Everything was clean. The self check-in was very helpful and peaceful since we arrived quite late. The kitchen is very well equipped and the location is very good because you can do everything on foot. The only thing: there was no blanket or quilt and I'm a bit chilly. They clarified in an email that we should bring something if we were to be cold, but traveling with hand luggage that is impossible. Just that detail... I would definitely stay there again.

Really amazing stay with outstanding customer service. It was such a lovely apartment in a really peaceful area. Close enough to everything and the customer service was the best I’ve had at an Airbnb. I am extremely happy I stayed here in Paraty and would absolutely stay here again.

We have no words to say how pleasant this experience was! We felt at home, comfortable suite, clean, organized, with everything we needed, Rodrigo and his wife were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful outdoor area and the waterfall at the bottom of the property gives it a special touch. I recommend it especially for those with pets.

Great house, super polite host and straight to the point. All perfect. Only point to be aware is that the street on which the house is located is not paved, with this ending with clay at the exit of the house to the promenade of the waterfront. The rest, nora 1000.

Wonderful place with private beach. A place to disconnect from the daytime madness for a while. Well-equipped house and a boatman who takes you to the special places of the region. You only have to remember to take everything because there are no shops or paderias, but also not to take too much, because it has to have space on the boat. It's well worth it!

Great stay at Rafael's, the house is more beautiful than in the photos, always clean. Arrivals were easy with boat transport from the Marina. The place is superb, there are kayaks available, don't miss a morning walk with at Ilha da Pescaria it's magnificent. Also, the boats from the local agencies come to pick you up directly at the house.

We were very well received. The house provides a wonderful view and contact with nature. Good internet for work, a few minutes by car from the historic center. Great getaway

It was all very incredible! The reception of Suellen and her husband Osias is surreal! All the support for EVERYTHING! It makes all the difference in the experience! apart from the place, the view, the sunset, the sunrise! there's nothing to complain about! and the noise they said in the comments, it didn't bother me at all! it was perfect and I'll be back more often

Beautiful place! They have a team on site to help with cleaning and maintenance, and they are all super nice! The property is very private and larger than it looks at first. The access is a little challenging, with very steep ramps to go down from the road to the house, I do recommend arriving with daylight to help, specially the first time. The property is about 15 min away from downtown by car, but you can arrange boat rides to come and get you right there. Overall very satisfied with our stay!

Simply wonderful! The accommodation was excellent in all aspects — comfortable, clean and very well located in Angra dos Reis. But what really made the difference was the host's kindness and attention, especially when allowing us to check out a little later. This care has made all the difference in our experience! It was an incredible experience these 5 days in Angra, staying at Juliana's house, the hostess always very attentive when answering us and always resolving any questions! The condominium is next to the Fasano hotel, where we can enjoy the restaurants, shops, ice cream parlor, hamburger, pizzeria, Japanese restaurant among others… the Marina is very close where we can get our speedboat and jet ski, the location is perfect, the place is beautiful! Inside the house was everything we needed, clean towels, kitchen items, glasses, cups, cutlery and plates, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker, everything perfectly clean and smelling good! Quiet condominium with a lot of peace! I'm sure my family and I will be back soon!
