Wonderful place with private beach. A place to disconnect from the daytime madness for a while. Well-equipped house and a boatman who takes you to the special places of the region. You only have to remember to take everything because there are no shops or paderias, but also not to take too much, because it has to have space on the boat. It's well worth it!

We had an amazing experience at Sitio dos Tucanos. The place is beautiful, cozy and in extremely good taste. Incredibly well-equipped. It has great kitchen utensils, all the electronics. The room is cozy, firewood was available for the fireplace, blankets were available in the room. The bathrooms are a show apart, with towel warmers and bath products available. The host responds quickly and is always willing to help. The bedroom bed and all the linens are excellent. The outdoor area has a beautiful garden and a deck for exercising and enjoying some sun. I took my little dog Gaya and she loved it because we did the trail that is behind the house with a breathtaking view. We also enjoyed the Lavandário de Cunha, which is a few kilometers away and is a must-see. The restaurants in the area are wonderful and super easy to access. We count the days to go back.

We are delighted with the hosting! The property is perfect for two people: simple, well-designed and with everything we need to rest peacefully. The location is excellent and the view is charming — it was a privilege to wake up every day with the sea at our feet. The reception was carried out by Vivi's parents, who were extremely kind and welcoming. Vivi was always available by phone, responding quickly and attentively. The islanders also welcomed us with great affection — all very friendly and helpful. We fell in love with Ilha do Araújo! An ideal destination for those seeking a break from the fast pace and want to enjoy an authentic place, with history, exuberant nature, living culture and a people proud of their Caiçara roots. It was an unforgettable experience, and we certainly want to go back!

Casa da Mena is a piece of paradise and the whole team made us feel at home. Victor, Eliel and Rogeria are a wonderful team and the house is impeccable. It sits on the most beautiful cove of this amazing island, facing a gorgeous bay. Waking up to this view was breathtaking and every other day we were greeted with the sight of Toucans in the morning. Rogeria cooked us delicious breakfast and lunch and had the best caipirinhas waiting for us after Eliel took us on beautiful boat rides around Paraty. The location is excellent, just a few minutes boat ride from Paraty, with many options of beautiful beaches nearby. The house is pristine and the decoration is tasteful and soulful. We really can't wait to be back!

It was all very incredible! The reception of Suellen and her husband Osias is surreal! All the support for EVERYTHING! It makes all the difference in the experience! apart from the place, the view, the sunset, the sunrise! there's nothing to complain about! and the noise they said in the comments, it didn't bother me at all! it was perfect and I'll be back more often

Our experience at this house couldn't have been better. The house is even more amazing than in the pictures. The master suite is perfect. Aline and Raquel were super attentive, helpful, polite, they helped us with everything. The house has a sea view and is a 30-second walk to the beach. In fact, it is practically a private beach. We were on an extended vacation there and yet the beach was exclusive just for us. The location is great too. There are two kiosks/restaurants facing the sea within a 5-minute walk. And another amazing little bar 20 minutes away on a quiet trail to take. And it's about 20 minutes by boat from the historic center. We recommend a lot and we will be back for sure.

The place was amazing, immersed in nature and very private. Place was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. One note: the trail down to the waterfall is steep, muddy, and hard to navigate in some places... but once you get there, its absolutely beautiful and very private.
